They made me buy full insurance by paying 5 times the price that i paid for the car. They said the reason is the fact that i camed 5 minutes later. Also the car didnt have full tank and no screen wash liquid. The process to get the car was very long because the only employee at the desk was talking on the phone all the time. It was the first and last time when i rented a car from them

I needed a car for few days and all was just perfect. Small money, very helpful people, professional and professionist. I have to say a special thanks to Vito because he manage all the step and after talking with him you have no doubt. I will definitely use again

Awful service- if I could give no stars I would. We agreed with them that we were dropping the car off at a different airport at a certain time and the woman who agreed this spoke perfect English and 100% understood what we were saying and yet when we got to the drop off point we were charged an astronomical fee for this. We were going to get a flight so couldn’t stand around arguing for hours and have had no response to any emails since. Avoid like the plague but if you HAVE to use them make sure you get absolutely everything in writing with a company stamp as they will try and charge you for everything they can

B Rent Worst company I have ever try to rent a car. The price to rent cars may seems cheap here, but be careful. The contract may lead you to paid way more than expected. Even if you haven’t make any damage to the car ! I have book the car on a website for one weekend and take the full insurance on the same website (50€ the car + 36€ full insurance). B-Rent asked a 850€ deposit to let you have the car, no problem here. At B-Rent, to perform the withdraw deposit, they told me that I should have a credit card and non a debit card cause the company is unable to withdraw a deposit with a debit card ! You may be curious why a company, with huge infrastructure as B-Rent, do not accept deposits with a debit card. Here come the trick. B-Rent will let you leave with the car without any deposit only if you pay the full insurance with B-Rent, more expensive than the one I had already (89€ B-Rent insurance, it’s more expensive that the car rent itself!). So now, I have a car full insurance twice. I expected to spend 50€ at B-Rent, and I have paid 50€ + 89€ B-Rent insurance. I have rent a lot of cars with this same debit card and still it the first time I had a problem.

I rented a car from B-Rent a couple of years ago with my mom, sister, and friend. weirdly enough I just found the old receipt from my rental and thought I should finally leave them a review! At the time, We needed to get to and around Switzerland for a couple days. I was SUPER nervous to rent a car in Milan because of the poor ratings but couldn’t find a better way to explore the region. The car rental company was under new management at the time (the people in the picture were all there! The two men on the right were the ones I mainly worked with) and they were fabulous! I asked a million questions, took 20 minutes reading the entire contract, and they even upgraded our car for no extra cost. Things I would have done differently: 1) ask for the owners manual for the car (I’m from the US our cars are much larger and don’t have some of the same features -or blind spots!) and 2) asked for a map of the area and circled the rental drop off location. There are many B-rent locations in Milan and my phone died on our way to return the car... long story short, a map and address would have been great! Also, I damaged the car. I was SO humiliated and frustrated with myself. The damage wasn’t particularly bad, just some scrapes on the back bumper but still! Side note- to my US friends, these cars and are so different from what you are used to! Be extra careful in tight spaces. Anyway, at the time you could get damage protection for about 90 euros extra which thankfully I had purchased with the car rental. I had no problems returning the car. It was quick and they were so kind. Overall impressions: I thought the management and employees were very friendly, caring, and helpful! Also they all had great English and Spanish! I am very very grateful even today for their help and kindness. I’d definitely use them again. Their company, or at least this location, is one of the good ones. I’d recommend them and their services. Keep up the good work B-Rent!

The lady who works there was really rude, confusing and not helpful at all. She didn't give as any information on how we can use debit card, she just told us that we can not use it, turned and left. Luckily, we read agency's policy beforehand, so we finally managed to get her attention and rent a car. We have heard that the agency was okay, but unfortunately that was not the case.

They require you to sign a statement at the counter that there is no damage to the car before you see the car. Then once I got the car, it was damaged on multiple panels, keyed on both sides, and missing the antenna. I document the damages and ask the guy to sign off on that he agrees to the damages and he refused too. Mind you this was the third time I rented from B rent on this trip and this was the first time the clerk refuses to sign the damages statement. When I brought the car back the same guy spent several minutes looking every every little panels looking for any damages. If you can look that closely when I'm returning the car then why wasn't the statement you made me sign when I got the car accurate? There are no signs at the airport to where you catch the shuttle. Waiting for the shuttle and line at the counter, which took some extra time because both people in front of me had issues that took time resolving, set me back over an hour and caused me to be later to an appointment. If you rent here be aware it is an OFF AIRPORT LOCATION and expect at least an hour between shuttle and counter time.

Do NOT use them. They give you the car with 25% gas in it telling you to return it with the same quantity. I returned it with almost 50%of gas in the tank (because how do you know when to fill up and return it with the exact amount of gas?). All was good. Two weeks later they charged 30 euros. I inquired and they said the car was 50% full when I got it. Liars! I sent a photograph I took when I got the car because I had heard of these tactics and my AMEX is now fighting the charge with these thieves. They MUST give you a full tank of gas, do NOT accept a car with less!
