I have made the mistake of using Maggiore a few times and always had a smaller car, or had to pay for an upgrade (I could have waited a long time after when I reserved for them to prepare something, but who has time for that?).

They don’t care about our situation at all and the whole situation looks like a chaos!

Zero management, appallingly rude and nonchalant staff, massive waiting times despite us booking the car four months in advance, had to wait for a car to be dropped off before we could leave the airport - it was the wrong car anyway. Completely ruined the first two days of our holiday. If you are lucky enough to read this before using this company, avoid at all costs, it will save you a massive headache. Don't use Avis or Budget from Linate either - apparently they are part of the same scamming group of companies that don't deserve to be in existence. Pay a bit more and go to Europcar.
N	Nina Palm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place! Got a different car than I ordered and paid in advance. I also received an additional payment of €90 for the services called “Travel Partner” which we have never received. Before I signed the form I was assured that the €90 is part of my paid booking and I won’t be charged any additional fee. Although I tried to fight my money back with Rentalcars (where I booked the car), unfortunately my request was dismissed. So the only satisfaction is to write this review and warn you all about these scammers:(
C	Catalin Lupsa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Peugeot 308 automatic for 1 month, became faulty, went to return it and after waiting for 1 hour while the ladies behind the counter were chatting about their weekends, they offered me in the end a Fiat 500 which is way cheaper then the price I paid for 1 month. I strongly advise not to use this rental company.
B	Bryan Goldschlag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super long line with no way to cancel. Called numerous numbers and the answer was always that you must wait in line. And I speak Italian! A one hour flight to wait two hours in line for a rental? No thanks. Never again. Taking a taxi. Avoid them.
B	Brian Conway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ratings are unfair. One of my better car rental experiences. Excellent price compared to other companies. Getting the key was slow, but other than this it was flawless. They pointed out scratches before I took the car and advised me to take pictures. On return, they checked the car and already knew where the scratches were and there were no issues. Also, as with EVERYTHING in Italy, expect to queue for an hour (my experience only took 20mins). If you're late cause you expect a 5 minute queue, then you're in the wrong country.
G	Gabi Hermosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATENTI!!!! ATTENTION!!!! Rented a car for a month (1500€) Returned the car and they are charging 130€ extra for cleaning!!!!! The car was not shining but the normal use…. They apparently do a “light” cleaning during COVID times. If you decide to rent with them BE AWARE they are one of the “cheapest” rentals in theory because in the end they will charge you extra staff!!! Return your car clean so they don’t charge a crazy amount for a job that is supposed to be done!!!!
