Great service Had no problems with pick-up car, got same car which booked online Drop-off was easy, had flight early in morning, just leave key in key-box Then in couple hour got statement of return, have no problem!!

Remove the customer service! Too long to explain but in summary not happy at all. Rude people, expensive and took for ever to give the deposit back. They don't accept debit cards and they only had child sits on the office room, we had to take them personally to the car together with it bags and the baby. Nobody helped but they charged full price

I have rented a car from Europcar through Rentalcars. We picked up our car from Linate airport, signed all the paperwork, as one does and were given directions of where the car was, without being shown the car. We were told to return the car with the same amount of fuel, which is very fair and normal The car that we were given was not the one we booked, but we let that slip. Once we got to the car we found a filthy car and all dented but again, we let that slip as we are not people who complain. The fuel tank was a little bit over half full which felt odd but again we did not question this. Anyway, we return the car with the same amount of fuel but were then faced with a €40 bill (I'm still baffled about how much fuel this car's tank can hold). I wrote to Europcar and had to constantly chase them for an answer. Almost THREE MONTHS later, and a lot of chasing, I was told that I had signed the paperwork and that therefore I gave Europcar the green light to rip me off this money. I hope that my mistake for trusting this company will be an eye opener for Europcar's future customers who are not esteemed in the slightest.

Too slow service at the airport. Even though the car was pre-booked, the handling was very long at the understaffed office.

This site is full of excuses and as a Elite VIP Privilege member eligible for double class upgrade, I feel cheated not getting this upgrade on two occasions now. Besides that the rental rate is expensive compared to other sites and the only time the staffs are nice is when they check the car back in. They need to be willing to give upgrades to loyal customers and show the customers to the cars during pick up.

Many hidden charges! The price they give you is not the final one! Wait until you return the car for many surprises. Not to mention we didn't get the car we paid for but an inferior one and we had the check engine light come on in the middle of the highway and no one could help us as people at the office speak minimal English. Avoid please

Excellent service. Easy booking process, great communication. Little paperwork, making the pickup and drop-off process quick. Highly recommend them. Definitely I rent the car from Europcar again.
