★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'autobus si è presentato alla fermata di Milano porto di mare con un'ora e 05 di ritardo. Considerato che partiva da Milano Lampugnano, tutto questo ritardo dopo una fermata. Inoltre non c'è un numero di telefono da chiamare prima delle 10:00 per capire cosa stia succedendo. In autobus inoltre non sono stati rispettati i posti prenotati. Il tutto per più di €40 a tratta.

Hoy he viajado desde Estacione Centrale Milan al aeropuerto de Milan-Bergamo.
El chofer (fuerte, rapado y con pendiente) del autobús 1061 de ls 11.30 muy grosero con los clientes, nada profesional para estar de cara al público. Además recibiendo a la gente dentro del autobús sin mascarilla en plena pandemia. Una vergüenza, luego nos preguntamos de porque seguimos con esta situación sanitaria si sigue habiendo estas actitudes egoistas y tan poco cívicas.
Very bad attention.
Today I have traveled from Estacione Centrale Milan to Milan-Bergamo airport.
The driver (strong, shaved and with an earring) of bus 1061 at 11:30 am very rude to customers, unprofessional to face the public. Also receiving people inside the bus without a mask in the midst of a pandemic. A shame, then we wonder why we continue with this health situation if these selfish and uncivil attitudes continue to exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold us not valid tickets at the Malpensa Airport. We could travel to the centrale railway-station, but if we wanted to go back to the Airport they said, that the tickets are not valid. This happened in 25. Okt. 2017 and the tickets were valid till 04. Aug. 2015. Avoid this company!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Congratulations to Autostradale team that made me feel it like a service human to human and not only business to client!
Firstly, by the support office prior to the transfer when I requested some clarifications by e-mail about how can I print my ticket (I booked it on ryanair) and they promptly replied with kindness and clearely explaining about all the needed details.
Then, at the transfer time from Milan to Bergamo when -as the rain started- the bus staff was waiting for the passengers with umbrellas ready in the bus area trying to get them as comfortable as possible in the given conditions.
Relevant to mention also that my trasfers were done in the communicated time, the busses were clean and comfortable and they have also free wi-fi on board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me wrong information at the Bergamo airport and forced me to purchase their ticket. Luckily enough, the right bus I was looking for parked next to the one I was on and I jumped off this one to take the correct one (from another company). I didn’t have time to ask for a refund but Please don’t trust this guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever. Don't trust their drivers outside the airport. They keep telling to anyone that the bus will leave in five minutes. But that's just a trick to have people jumping on their bus and not on other companies. The bus will only leave when all the seats are taken. In my case, 25 minutes later than what I was told. If you have a train to catch, that can make a difference.
