Ho scritto una mail ( in verità più di una ) e non ho ricevuto risposta. I pullman non arrivano in punti necessari, le corse sono poche e studiate male . ( Utile un pullman alle 6 del mattino per magnano ...che si ferma a 10 Min dal movicento di Ivrea ,che si potrebbe usare per le persone che abitano nelle vicinanze per andare a scuola .) Numero verde non risponde così come il numero ufficiale che ripete sempre la solita cantilena per oltre un'ora. Vergognoso!!! Bus from Oropa did not pass at 1.48pm or well before the scheduled time. Toll-free number does not answer as well as the official number which always repeats the usual chant for over an hour. Shameful!!!

Servizio clienti inutile non rispondono alle chiamate in orario di lavoro ma si può un servizio pubblico non avere contatti con il pubblico? But do you want to take action? Talvolta è un’impresa contattare gli uffici per chiedere chiarimenti sulle corse, in quanto non rispondono al telefono nonostante siano aperti. La modalità “pianifica percorso” sul sito non è affidabile, tant’è che sono rimasto a piedi più volte dopo averla consultata, la risposta è stata di non fidarsi del sito e consultare le tabelle degli orari che considero di difficilissima interpretazione. Trovo veramente triste che non si possa fare affidamento su un servizio pubblico. Lack of professionalism and clarity in timetables. Pochi pullman ad orari scomodi, prezzi ridicoli, autisti maleducati ed arroganti e mancanza totale di pullman la domenica(in una valle turistica è come una pizzeria che non fa la pizza il sabato sera). In più adesso non si può neanche comprare i biglietti sul pullman e ti obbligano ad usare un'applicazione scomodissima, che ogni tanto non permette di usare i biglietti, che ti compra biglietti diversi da quelli che chiedi e che pure non funziona completamente 1 volta su 3. Ne ho viste di ogni, autisti che fumano sui pullman, che non si fermano alla fermata, 20 minuti di ritardo, che scaricano gente in mezzo al nulla, SCANDALOSI. The worst service that has ever existed.
