★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto blu in prossimità del casello della tangenziale nord in direzione Bologna, comodo anche per il parcheggio. Consigliato anche per l'operatore allora sportello, molto disponibile e cordiale.
 Punto blu near the tollbooth of the north ring road towards Bologna, also convenient for parking. Also recommended for the then counter operator, very helpful and friendly.

Se poi qualcuno si degnasse di rispondere al telefono.........
Potrebbero tranquillamente andare a lavorare alle poste .
Rude and chair warmers, especially the lady, indeed identifying her as a lady would be a compliment for how she behaves, arrogant and rude.
And if someone deigns to answer the phone .........
They could easily go to work at the post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi pessimo. Ci siamo fermati per trasferire il nostro contratto Telepass sull'auto appena comprata. Il contratto comprendeva l'accesso ad area C, Milano. Questa parte del contratto, con notevole superficialità, non è stata trasferita sulla nuova targa. Di conseguenza ci stanno piovendo in casa multe su multe da 80 e rotti euro ciascuna per essere entrati in area C come facevamo con l'auto precedente, senza sospettare che questo servizio non fosse stato incluso nel trasferimento. La prossima volta faccio da solo con Internet, tanto la dipendente in questione non rischia il posto (a spese del contribuente).
I would say bad. We stopped to transfer our Telepass contract to the car we just bought. The contract included access to area C, Milan. This part of the contract, with considerable superficiality, was not transferred to the new plate. Consequently, fines on fines of 80 and broken euros each are raining down at home for entering area C as we did with the previous car, without suspecting that this service was not included in the transfer. Next time I do it alone with the Internet, so the employee in question does not risk the job (at the expense of the taxpayer).

Se fossi il suo capo gli darei un aumento!! In pochi minuti ha risolto la mia situazione su due apparati telepass. Grazie, non so come ti chiami ma mi hai fatto diventare la giornata più bella!
Fabulous place! I may have been lucky but the person I found today, May 6th around 2.10pm was great! Efficient, helpful, friendly, responsive, patient ....
If I were his boss I would give him a raise !! In a few minutes he solved my situation on two telepass devices. Thanks, I don't know your name but you made me the most beautiful day!
