Purtroppo però c'erano dei problemi legati a della documentazione mancante e più precisamente ad una errata documentazione presentata al catasto negli anni precedenti. Mi hanno risolto tutto grazie ai loro tecnici ed ho realizzato la somma che mi serviva per trasferirmi all'estero. Un saluto da Londra e ancora Grazie di tutto! Ho venduto casa con loro in meno di 2 mesi peraltro in zona Axa/Madonnetta. Il modo in cui gestiscono le visite sull'immobile è un gradino più alto rispetto a tante agenzie con cui ho avuto a che fare in passato, con informazioni precise e dettagliate, soprattutto lato documentale. Offrono un servizio consulenziale a 360 gradi e curano il cliente trovando soluzioni ( anche per Mutui , Notaio, Tecnici ecc. ) Grazie a tutto lo staff!
