Attenzione solo ad accaparrarsi un cliente. Assolutamente lo sconsiglio. Aggiungo, a riprova di quanto già scritto, che rispondere a una recensione dopo 5 mesi è scorretto perchè certamente non è possibile ricordare i fatti nel dettaglio. Voi sapete benissimo di essere stati scorretti con me, sapete che non mi è stata fatta neanche una radiografia per la valutazione della mia situazione (un dente rotto), che l'impronta mi è stata presa senza neanche usare la pasta e che, dopo solo poche ore dalla visita, quando sono venuta a comunicarvi che non intendevo procedere con voi, non era possibile che il laboratorio non potesse essere fermato nel procedere al suo lavoro. La dottoressa e l'infermiera/segretaria sanno benissimo di aver inscenato una vera e propria recita, alquanto imbarazzante per tutti, per non restituirmi neanche una parte della somma anticipata. Una cosa vergognosa! Il fatto che mi abbiate fatto la ricevuta di ciò che ho comunque pagato non è certo un merito: ci mancherebbe altro!! Purtroppo non sono la sola ad avere avuto una brutta esperienza con voi, ma anche altri nel quartiere. Spero che abbiate la decenza di non rispondere, tra altri 5 mesi, con ulteriori false scuse che vorrebbero puntare a screditare me. You know very well that you were incorrect with me, you know that I was not even made an X-ray for the assessment of my situation (a broken tooth), that the impression was taken without even using the paste and that, after only a few hours after the visit, when I came to tell you that I did not intend to proceed with you, it was not possible that the laboratory could not be stopped in proceeding to its work. The doctor and the nurse / secretary know very well that they have staged a real performance, somewhat embarrassing for everyone, not to give me back even a part of the advance amount. A shameful thing! The fact that you gave me the receipt of what I paid for is certainly not a merit: we would miss anything else! Unfortunately I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with you, but also others in the neighborhood. I hope you have the decency not to answer, in another 5 months, with further false excuses that would aim to discredit me.
