★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro per una compravendita immobiliare, ed ho avuto una pessima esperienza..Sono degli "intermediari" che istruiscono le pratiche per alcuni studi notarili che collaborano con loro..si fanno pagare (e nemmeno poco ) ma sono molto poco professionali, superficiali e personalmente ho pagato per richiedere documenti da loro richiesti che non servivano..non rispondono alle mail giustificandosi che se non hanno risposto è perchè a loro volta hanno interessato il notaio incaricato ma non hanno avuto risposta... A mio avviso comportamento poco professionale rispondere ad una mail ci vogliono 2 minuti ma probabilmente una volta che hanno riscosso la loro parcella hanno cose più urgenti...Ho atteso più di 2 mesi per dei documenti che loro dicevano di aver richiesto ma non avevano avuto risposta. Ho risolto da solo la problematica andando direttamente allo studio notarile ed in due giorni ho avuto tutta la documentazione richiesta senza alcun problema. Ovviamente lo studio notarile era allo scuro di tutto ciò!!!

 I turned to them for a real estate sale, and I had a very bad experience .. They are "intermediaries" who instruct the practices for some notary firms that collaborate with them .. they get paid (and not even a little) but they are very unprofessional , superficial and personally I paid to request documents requested by them that were not needed ... they do not reply to the emails, justifying that if they did not answer it is because in turn they interested the notary in charge but did not receive an answer ... In my opinion, little behavior professional to answer an email it takes 2 minutes but probably once they have collected their fee they have more urgent things ... I have waited more than 2 months for the documents they said they had requested but had not received. I solved the problem by myself by going directly to the notary's office and in two days I had all the required documentation without any problem. Obviously the notary's office was in the dark about all this !!!
Look elsewhere !!!
