Società apparentemente seria e disponibile, ma fate MOLTA ATTENZIONE ai giochetti che la proprietaria fa e soprattutto cosa vi fa firmare. Ha fatto piccole ed apparentemente innocue modifiche al contratto (che poi si sono rilevate sostanziali) poco prima del rogito e che mi sono trovata ad accettare per sfinimento (a mezzanotte), rischio perdita acquisto della casa. !!! ATTENTION WHAT YOU SIGN !!! Apparently serious and helpful company, but be VERY ATTENTION to the games that the owner does and above all what makes you sign. He made small and apparently harmless changes to the contract (which later proved to be substantial) shortly before the deed and which I found myself accepting due to exhaustion (at midnight), risk of losing the purchase of the house.

Ho pagato a caro prezzo ahimè la mia inesperienza. Buona Fede ed appello ad un po' di umana comprensione nulla hanno potuto. Non entro nel merito della questione perché è un episodio che voglio dimenticare in fretta non prima di fare tesoro e condividere una cosa che, relativamente al mio caso, ho imparato: quando vi trovate davanti un atto che unisce Proposta e Preliminare (Proposta/Preliminare) l'attenzione deve essere massima, ripeto Massima.
