★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente !!!! Ottima insegnante !!! Dopo 2 anni di " corpo che dormiva ?" sono bastate poche lezioni per risvegliarlo !!! Questa è la medicina migliore post pandemia ?!!! Provare per credere ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente questo studio di pilates!! La maestra Francesca è preparata e si vede che sa quel che fa. Dopo pochi allenamenti ho visto e sentito importanti risultati. Lo studio è bello, nuovo e sempre pulito. Comodissima la metro B per chi come me preferisce muoversi a piedi.
I highly recommend this pilates studio !! The teacher Francesca is prepared and you can see that she knows what she is doing. After a few workouts I have seen and heard important results. The studio is nice, new and always clean. Metro B is very convenient for those like me who prefer to walk.
