Personale sempre gentile ed attento ma soprattutto professionalmente preparato. La consiglio a chi ha esigenza di acquistare, vendere o affittare casa, 5 stelle ben meritate! I bought my new home and sold the previous one with the 3D Studio Immobiliare Agency and I found myself very well in every respect. Staff always polite and attentive but above all professionally prepared. I recommend it to those who need to buy, sell or rent a house, 5 well deserved stars!

Sono gentili, carine, intelligenti, professionali, competenti, sanno consigliare e anche ascoltare, il loro studio è molto accogliente e da loro non mi sono mai sentito trattato da mero cliente. Ho messo in vendita da loro sia il mio appartamento che il mio garage ed entrambe le vendite sono state rapidissime. Anche problemi abbastanza importanti sono stati individuati, affrontati e risolti senza alcun "panico", questo è stato veramente fantastico. Non posso quindi far altro che consigliare vivamente questa agenzia immobiliare che funziona molto bene e alla quale auguro ogni successo. Complimenti per quanto fate, proseguite così ? All the girls of 3D Immobiliare are exceptional! They are kind, nice, intelligent, professional, competent, know how to advise and even listen, their studio is very welcoming and I have never felt like a mere customer. I sold both my apartment and my garage and both sales were very fast. Even fairly important problems have been identified, addressed and solved without any "panic", this has been really fantastic. I can therefore only recommend this real estate agency that works very well and to which I wish every success. Congratulations for what you do, go on like this ?

Scortesia e disorganizzazione sono i punti “forti”. Svariate volte (5 o 6 a distanza di giorni) ho provato a prendere appuntamento per visionare una casa in vendita, alla quale ero molto interessata, ogni volta mi rispondevano che mi avrebbero ricontattato. Finalmente riusciamo a prendere un appuntamento: il giorno prima di quest’ultimo, chiamo io per confermare l’orario e mi dicono che quel miracoloso appuntamento non era stato segnato in agenda e che avrei dovuto attendere ancora una volta di essere richiamata. Dopo circa un mese dalla pubblicazione dell’annuncio, (senza aver mai potuto vedere l’appartamento) oltretutto mi inviano un messaggio dove mi comunicano di averla venduta. IMBARAZZANTE Absolutely the worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. I give a star because I can't give zero. Unkindness and disorganization are the "strong points". Several times (5 or 6 days later) I tried to make an appointment to view a house for sale, in which I was very interested, each time they replied that they would contact me again. We are finally able to make an appointment: the day before the latter, I call to confirm the time and they tell me that that miraculous appointment had not been marked in the diary and that I would have to wait once again to be called back. After about a month from the publication of the announcement, (without ever having been able to see the apartment), they also send me a message telling me that they have sold it. EMBARRASSING

Mi sono trovata bene e la consiglio vivamente. Tutte le signore sono brave attente e competenti. The agency had been recommended to me by a friend of mine who had bought through them. I sold my property and was followed by Mrs. Alessia. I enjoyed it and highly recommend it. All the ladies are good, attentive and competent.
