Troppi i problemi per l’acquisto: dovevamo vendere il nostro in questo momento critico di mercato e provare ad acquistare al meglio il nuovo. CheCasa! nella persona di Giovanni ci ha guidato verso tutte le soluzioni. Agevolati, coccolati ed infine accontentati, abbiamo venduto il nostro immobile al meglio in meno di un mese. Abbiamo acquistato l’immobile che avevamo scelto con piena soddisfazione di tutte le parti. Assistiti per tutti gli atti, dalla proposta al compromesso, dal rogito di vendita fino a quello di acquisto. Cordialità e simpatia e anche tanta pazienza per clienti ansiosi come noi ci hanno fatto arrivare fino a questa recensione, davvero fatta con stima e affetto. Bravi! Premetto che sono stato sempre contrario alle agenzie immobiliari ritenendo che siano soldi "buttati". Ma con loro ho dovuto totalmente ricredermi. Hanno venduto casa mia in un battibaleno, al prezzo che volevo!! Sono stati fin dall'inizio professionali e precisi in tutte le fasi di lavoro. Mi hanno anche assistito nell'acquisto della mia nuova casa, che per mia sfortuna ho dovuto comprare con altra agenzia cui non faccio il nome per privacy, ma veramente pessima!!! Il proprietario, il signor Michele è veramente eccezionale, ma come tutto il suo staff, professionali, educato e sempre rispettosi del cliente. Bravi!!! Continuate così!!
