We had a wonderful guided tour of the exhibition currently housed in Santa Maria della Scala. Giulia, our guide, was very good at taking us on a journey through the history of modern and contemporary art! Competent, very kind and always available for any curiosity. He made us discover a unique collection of works. We will be back with her soon for new adventures!

A great city tour! The guide spoke good, loud and slow English and gave a great view of the city. Incl. personal impressions and formation at the annual horse race.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siena es una cidad maravillosa. Recorrer sus calles y callejuelas es un placer. A cada paso aparecen nuevas vistas y perspectivas que van variando a medida que uno avanza. Visitarla durante el Palio, o en sus días posteriores es un festival para los ojos La ciudad está engalanada, y uno siente que está en el medioevo. El color siena de sus muros le da nombre a la ciudad. Las golondrinas cubren el cielo. Una maravilla que no debe perderse nadie que visite Italia.
Siena is a wonderful city. Walking its streets and alleys is a pleasure. At each step new views and perspectives appear that vary as one advances. Visiting it during the Palio, or in its later days is a festival for the eyes The city is decked out, and one feels that it is in the Middle Ages. The sienna color of its walls gives the city its name. Swallows cover the sky. A wonder not to be missed by anyone visiting Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful! This place does not exist anymore even though the website is still online. We walked all the way from the train station to store our luggage and had to find a new storage place 12 minutes walk away.
