Ambiente pulito e intimo, macchinari tecnogym di alta qualita' e personale gentile e disponibile . Tornerò sicuramente ?????? It happened yesterday by chance after a morning of work in Siena. La sala pesi è ben fornita di ogni macchinario, dischi, manubri e bilancieri. La sala corsi è molto grande, tanti i corsi a disposizione, gag, Zumba, fit boxe, Power pump, Total body e tanti altri. La piscina per l'acquagym è la ciliegina sulla torta, i corsi di acquagym ci sono praticamente in tutte le fasce orarie. Spogliatoi spaziosi e puliti, con armadietti e docce gratuite. Personale sia all'ingresso che in sala cordiale, gentile e sempre a disposizione. Posizione super, in centro, a pochi passi dalla fortezza medicea. Parcheggio "dello stadio" a un metro. Aperta tutti i giorni, anche la domenica. Dotata di aria condizionata e aria calda. Frequentata da tanti giovani, il posto giusto per allenarsi con senerità e tranquillità, o anche dove conoscere gente nuova. Consigliata. Without doubt the best gym in Siena. v	veronica poli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra in posizione ottima e centrale, subito davanti alla chiesa di San Domenico. La sala pesi è ben fornita e sopratutto i macchinari sono tutti nuovissimi. La sala corsi, di recente ristrutturazione, è super fornita con tutti gli attrezzi utili per gli allenamenti durante i vari corsi. La palestra è dotata anche di una piccola piscina per l’acquagym, molto funzionale! Gli spogliatoi sono ben tenuti e sempre puliti ed ordinati. La consiglio assolutamente! Personale sempre disponibile e gentile Gym in an excellent and central position, just in front of the church of San Domenico. The weight room is well stocked and most of all the machines are all brand new. The recently refurbished training room is super-equipped with all the useful tools for training during the various courses. The gym is also equipped with a small swimming pool for water aerobics, very functional! The changing rooms are well kept and always clean and tidy. I absolutely recommend it! A	Ale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra per chi è della zona (ma anche no tipo me, solo è un po' scomodo dove è localizzata perché il parcheggio più vicino è quello dello stadio qualche min a piedi) Non è grandissima ma c'è tutto il necessario anche per powerlifting-bodybuilding! Personale sempre a disposizione sopratutto il ragazzo!! GENTILISSIMO! Sono stato nell'ora di punta e non è stato difficile allenarsi Excellent gym for those who are in the area (but also not like me, only it is a bit uncomfortable where it is located because the closest parking is that of the stadium a few minutes walk) It is not very big but there is everything you need for powerlifting-bodybuilding too!
