Stay away. The car they gave me had an issue with the Ad Blue sensor, which is a known defect on this model. Not only was I not able to use the car as intented, but they also charged me 500 euros extra on my credit card. The customer support is totally unresponsive and just ignoring my emails. Avoid yourself stress and frustration and go somewhere else.

We had to wait for an hour in the queue at the desk in the arrival hall. There were 4 people in front of us (and 3 behind us) and only 1 staff member at the desk. After a 500 to 600m walk to the car park, our car was not there, but parked at another parking 5 minutes driving away from the airport. I had to leave my wife and 1 year old son behind with our luggage's to go with a staff member and pick up the car. We booked a pickup at the airport, not with a shuttle service to another parking... We booked a Ford C-Max or similar petrol car and got a Dacia Duster diesel. Size wise OK but luxury and comfort from a different standard. The car was full of scratches, dents and damages and had a missing rear light cover. The ab-blue level was low (orange warning light in the display, only 500km while we rented the car for 7 days) and the service light was on. According to the staff member, nothing to worry about and he left with other guests to get their cars from the other parking. During our rental we had to fill ad-blue (this was refunded when we returned the car). Even though we didn't have technical issues during our rental period, it doesn't give you a comfortable feeling leaving the airport with the warning lights on in the display. No snow chains were provided as the car had M+S tires, snow chains were included in the rental, even with M+S you might end up using snow chains!

I visited Italy on vaccation. I rent a car June 2021. Car was good and servise too. They would be five stars worth. But now, nine months later I decided to write attention for others. About two month later, they took from my account 61 euros. OK, I saw in Italy one time speedcamera work and I thought it is some penalty. Another 61 euros went to Sicily By Car two months later. I thought, OK maybe some fine again. But now, nine months later went again 61 euros from my bank account. I tried to write them - what goin on, but they did not answer. My strong recommentation is - please avoiding Sicly By Car rental company or closing your credit card immediately after rental period.

We rented a 9 seater van. After a long wait at the counter we were told that the van 'had an accident' the day before and we were given 2 cars instead, one of which was a small cargo van (with no rear view mirror, no snow chains and an empty windscreen washing liquid container) to carry our ski equipment. So our group was split up, paying twice for fuel, twice the road tolls and twice for parking fees. (cost us more than €100) The compensation? 2nd/3rd driver free! We were prepared not to complain further and enjoy our holiday, but to add insult to injury, on return, the guy decided that there were 3ltrs of fuel less than full in one of the cars, and wanted to charge the exorbitant fee, so we refused and went back out searching for a gas station to squeeze in the 'missing' fuel (we put in €5). The very least they could have done is waive that off after all the extra expenses we had to incur because of them not respecting the original contract. Won't be renting from them again.

They make you sign the General Contract Terms where a clause clearly claims that in case you are fined they will notify you with a charge of 50€+tax. If you pay the fine in time, you won't be charged with that 'additional service' according to the same clause. However, they will always charge you with that fee even if you the fine the following day to be notified and providing the relevant proof of payment. If you contact them explaining the case, they will tell you the fee is always charged even if you pay the fine, which is not what the contract claims.

They cheated me by giving me a car with tank 1/4 full of fuel - I brought it back with same amount of fuel, and they showed me on the rental document that it was "full" when I rented the car (not true). So I had to pay the difference. Be very careful if you rent from this company.

UPDATE - 20/01/2022 They have asked me to send an email to them. Yet no response. Worst service ever. Do not book your car here! Would not recommend to book your car here! The service is the worst. We told the staff at the airport that we needed the car for long distance travel. Yet, they did not recommend us a different car and ended up giving us an electric one. This car ruined our trip. After driving for 1 hour the battery of the car was empty. We ended up spending our weekend finding charging stations and charging the car. Which took 3 hours every time - 6 hours charging a day. We were not able to reach any of our destinations since the car literally could not make it. We have spent hours sitting in our car in the middle of nowhere because we could not continue. After contacting them, they told us that it was our own problem that we booked an electric car. First of all, we were not aware of that and secondly we ended up paying twice as much since there were a lot of additional cost we were also not aware of. With the information that we gave them they should have at least recommended a different car or give us a (partial) refund. They are refusing to find a middle ground - which makes it utterly clear for me to never book with them again.

Service could be a bit faster considering 4 personnel but only one serving. Servicing attendant exceptional. Vehicle was dirty due to fact that it had just returned and was not cleaned. Receiving person was very nice and helpful. Price to Service reasonable. I can still recommend company after several years of renting from them.
