β β β β β I booked a wolswagen polo but I was given a fiat 500 because I was going abroad. The assistant said that I should have warned in advance .I think that would easier if the customer had a option to indicate crossiing border in the reservation process.Anyway I think that I should have been charged the appropiate price for a fiat 500.Everything else were right.

β β β β β I rented a car from Sixt on August the 31st for a week and made a mistake assuming that all cars could go across borders for free. The gentleman behind the desk (I think he was called Dimitru from what says in my contract) couldn't be more helpful and took a lot of trouble to give me alternatives, managing to find a viable solution in the end. I would totally recommend!

β β β β β At first, I was surprised by the check in/out when getting the car. Nobody came with me to check the car and the tank. However, the staff assured me they took pictures and the condition of the car is documented. The car (Fiat 500) was almost brand new, clean and very nice to drive. The girl who was working when I returned the car was really nice, super helpful and professional. I have rented with Sixt around Europe and I will be back.

β β β β β Complete scam! Avoid them! After 4 days rental they charged 80β¬ for cleaning! I have pictures that everything was great! Avoiding to answer me, just charged my card. Disappointed!!!

β β β β β Upon my arrival at Sixt desk in the main hall of Treviso Airport I was greeted by a friendly young man, keen to help and genuinely happy to anticipate and exceed my need for a car. Within a coupe of minutes I was on my way to the car park, the attendant had made sure all was in order, that I knew where I was going, the lot. Easily the best customer experience I can remember. Bravo and grazie

β β β β β Collected the car on 30th August and returned on 2nd September. A fantastic BMW 1 series diesel auto, exactly the one I booked but wasn't expecting. Good service at the airport desk. No queue at all probably because of the size of the airport, which is quite small. Only disappointment was that there was no staff present at vehicle handover, therefore I wasn't able to jointly check the conditions of the vehicle prior to driving it away. No paperwork given to me detailing any damages etc. On returning the vehicle, I was promptly provided with the email confirmation with PDF file attached but all in Italian. A few days later I received the final invoice. No extra cost to what I had already paid when booking through online broker. Brilliant.
