If the planes arrive early, does the bus leave earlier? But are you serious?

L'assistenza telefonica è quasi sempre assente e scortese: praticamente inutile.
BAD Very expensive rates, especially if related to the service offered. Buses always overtime, sometimes early, sometimes late, even 20 minutes; the times shown are not reliable. Buses seem to fall apart: they are too noisy, especially from inside; you cannot travel in peace. The drivers are impolite and crazy people: most people cannot drive safely and do not respect the highway code. Telephone support is almost always absent and rude: practically useless.

Some days there are no races, several hours between one and the other

I don't even know how to start the unfortunate service of the guy they have "selling" tickets and the operation of the company. As soon as we landed, we asked how often the buses passed to go from the Airport to the bus station in Venice, he told us every hour. So we organized our day with a car that we had rented for the day with the intention of returning it at whatever time it was and taking the first bus to Venice. When the boy arrives, he doesn't even look at us, until he proudly looks at us like someone asking what you want. We ask for 2 tickets, he tells us that we have the schedules there (pointing to some flyers that they have on the table), we see that the next one leaves in 2 hours and 15 minutes. We asked him if it's correct that the next one leaves at 10 pm and it's cool how he only answers "Yes... you have 2 hours and 15 minutes left", until that moment he seemed unpleasant and bitter about life, but we weren't going to start arguing with him either. who had previously told us that the frequency was 1hr. We took and went to have dinner at a restaurant near the airport, a pizza so we could do some time. At an hour and a half we were back, we saw that a bus was leaving. When we got to the counter we asked him for 2 tickets for the 10pm bus, he looked at us over his glasses and told us, that one is already gone, the next one is for 1.5hrs. There, yes, we told him that we had arrived 45 minutes before departure that he had told us and that he also put up the flyer and hesitantly told us that the buses left when the flight arrived, they did not have a fixed schedule. REALLY? You can't tell us that from the start. The next bus, according to the unpresentable, was for 1.5 hours, it finally left after 40 minutes, we did get on that one because we looked at the flight screen and understood how the issue worked. That man (because in the end he has a human form) should work in a basement with papers but not facing the public without treatment. At one point he started shouting, we tried to explain to him the reason for the x because it seemed to us that the information was not clear but it was like a bull, I asked him his name, in case that made him relax but he took it the wrong way and shouting said that he was not going to give us his name. Bullshit because what do I really do with his name, but it helped me to take a photo and then remember the name to put the worst review I put and the one that leaves the worst taste in my mouth. Any company except this one or one that explains well how it works, that it doesn't cost anything to simplify the life of a customer who pays €11 for a journey... Just a little Humanity.

Verry easy to get from the airport to Venice city, you just buy an open thicket and use it when you want.

15.70 euro from Treviso to Bibione is not cheap, the buses are often late and they are not able to communicate with drivers to know when a certain bus comes

The distanza di sicurezza i guess it's not the same than for tge rest of Europe. Drivers to Venezia and back to Trevisso did prove the stereotype of crazy Italian driver is not so wrong. Otherwise, they were on time and buses are clean and brand new. A really nice place to die.
