Rented a few weeks ago, and had problems with my card, and the man was more than accommodating. The car was perfect, and had no issues with the drop off

I wish to give them 0 stars !!! The worst experience I ever had with the rental companies! We rented the car out from Treviso airport on 1/11/2021. The car wasn't prepared for the weather conditions at all! We explained with details to them that we are going to the mountains and we need a proper car to be safe. They gave us a car with tyres not suitable for snow. After all, we had a car accident and had to call police to assist us in the snowing mountains and pay EUR500 to a local mechanic to put the chains on our tyres. We contacted Leasys company before we made a decision to put a chains on, to make sure they will cover the costs and one of their employees assured us that this is the best option to pay for it and they will give us a refund later!! nothing like that happened later... We had 6 months wasted complaining and not getting any response !!!! They tricked us that they sent the refund.. but obviously not on our account. Giamoco- Manager from treviso is just a time waster, he promised to wait for us on our arrival to drop the car and make a complaint in their office but we were on time and he went home 5 minutes earlier... PLEASE now imagine how professional the service from this rental was. Long story short, we have never received the refund and they put our life in a very dangerous situation. Their final explanation was, the local law states that they must put the winter tyres on 15th November, not 1st of November nor the first snow fell, they don't care if it's snowing in the mountains and don't care about someone else's life for sure!! We had a very bad experience. The people barely speak english and they leave inexperienced team members with no professional supervisions. And they take our snow chains ! Without paid.

Mateo was our host and he managed to make the reservation process very smooth and fast ...a welcomed small upgrade to the car; in few days the deposit will reach a month and will be unblocked on my credit card even thought I had a full insurance ...Highly recommended even in an airport not very friendly with tourists
