Absolutely disgraceful. I have been charged double the amount I was quoted for. They said I dropped the car off late 2hrs after it was due in the invoice. However, I had a train to catch 3hrs before which is proof of there mistake. They are not answering the phone or responding to my emails. This company should be reported for theft.

Avoid. Dishonest company. See trustpilot. WOW sea of one star reviews. Don’t risk usIng this company. I wish I read theses reviews before renting off of this dishonest scamming company. I was told that if there was any damage not marked on the rental agreement then it’s ok just take photos. I rented from Treviso Airport and it’s an unmanned pickup 10 minutes walk from the terminal. So I duly took photos. On returning the car a fat slob said it made no difference and marked 320 euros of very very minor damage to the bumper that I had a photo from the beginning of the rental. Even if I did it is a Β£30 job to put right. DON’T SIGN WHEN RETURNING AND DENY LIABILITY. It did say on the return receipt that I denied liability. I took pictures of all the damaged parts of the car. Went to the desk in the airport to be told nothing she could do. Gave me a customer service number which is inactive. If you do use these theives record the conversation when picking up the car. Take photos Better still avoid these of thieves. Take up any charges with your credit card company.

Avoid! Charged me over a hundred euros for refueling but I returned the car full of fuel. Sent the photos of the fuel gauge which matched their invoice mileage so it proves I'm being ripped off but they won't acknowledge my emails or even pick up the phone! Would give them zero stars if I could.

After an extremely long and slow queue we were told to pay 4x the amount we reserved the car for. We were told to say all of our credit card info through the phone (!), and they tried billing us repeatedly, eveb though we didn't sign anything yet. Do yourseld a favor and rent a car from the next booth EUROPCAR :)

Horrible experience!!! After waiting a long time, I was told I need to pay extra 130Euro for fees that weren't existing on the original invoice. The man at the counter told me he could not show me what the fees were for until after swiping my credit card. Then he was rude and demanded my card, shouted and then apologised after the transaction because his English is not good. I received the car key with no explanation of the existing car damages or car checks. The car worked fine but after returning the car I received a fee of 187.23Euro for a scratch via email. They demand a payment within 14 days and don't answer any calls. Absolutely sure there was no scratch as the car was parked for 3 days. Will never use Maggiore again! First of all, don't use this company, second if you unfortunately do, take your time and go over every detail because they are dodgy and will rip you off.

I've been travelling around for a while and this was by far the worse customer service I've ever seen. They tried to charge me a fee (around 60% of the reservation) that the counter attendant wasn't even able or willing to explain why. My card didn't work in his machine and they didn't try anything to solve the issue, I called the credit card operator and they said that nothing appeared to them, to try another machine and the attendant start to get rude and never tried another one. I came to store next door and card worked fine with no problems. Rude employees, lack of information, lack of goodwill and no professionalism for customer service. Reading the other reviews, I'm glad I wasn't able to rent the car, as they provide dirty, scratched cars and charge for damages that weren't caused by the customers.

I have rented 3 cars with them and I really really suggest you to take pictures of the car before the beginning of your rental because these people tend to invoice you scratches that maybe were already there when you rent the car as it happened to me on my last rental. According with my experience I would surely not suggest this brand despite the appealing prices that you may find on the internet.
