Un desastre..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo aeroporto è vergognoso e sembra che si faccia di tutto per farlo chiudere. La scortesia del personale al controllo passaporti e all'imbarco e sbarco dagli aerei è incredibile. Quando si viaggia con bambini e neonati non c'è nessuna attenzione per i piccoli passeggeri e i genitori. Per controllare il passaporto di un cittadino UE si deve fare la fila più lunga dei cittadini di altri paesi solo perché si ha il passeggino. Il fasciatoio si trova nei bagni al primo piano e senza ascensore: come credete che ci si arrivi con la carrozzina? Persino il duty free è ridicolo: non hanno nemmeno la passata di pomodoro. L'ultima goccia è stata quando scesi dall'aereo abbiamo dovuto montare il passeggino è uno degli addetti allo smistamento dei passeggeri ci ha sgarbatamente ripresi perché eravamo troppo lenti ed ha elegantemente bestemmiato.
This airport is shameful and it seems that everything is being done to get it closed. The unkindness of the staff at passport control and boarding and disembarking from planes is incredible. When traveling with children and babies, there is no concern for small passengers and parents. To check the passport of an EU citizen you have to queue longer than citizens of other countries just because you have a stroller. The changing table is located in the bathrooms on the first floor and without a lift: how do you think you get there with a wheelchair? Even duty free is ridiculous: they don't even have tomato sauce. The last straw was when we got off the plane we had to mount the stroller and one of the passenger sorting officers rudely reprimanded us because we were too slow and elegantly cursed.
