★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'impiegata che ieri era allo showroom mi ha detto che per un preventivo dovevo prendere un appuntamento. Chiamo oggi e non risponde nessuno. Quando ero in sede ho cercato di chiedere informazioni ma facevano finta di non sentire. Servizio pessimo ed attenzione al cliente pari a zero. Personale scortese.
The employee who was at the showroom yesterday told me that for a quote I had to make an appointment. I call today and no one answers. When I was in the office I tried to ask for information but they pretended not to hear. Bad service and zero customer focus. Rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì pomeriggio mi sono recata in negozio per prendere del pellet, mi hanno indirizzata nel luogo dove ora si possono ritirare le buste. Lì ho trovato i dipendenti veramente in gamba,e quando sono arrivata alla cassa c'erano Antonietta e Vanessa, le due ragazze ,veloci, gentili, competenti e con il sorriso pronto per tutti quelli che erano li. Ottima pensata aver spostato questi articoli fuori del negozio principale.
On Monday afternoon I went to the shop to get some pellets, they directed me to the place where the bags can now be collected. There I found the really smart employees, and when I got to the checkout there were Antonietta and Vanessa, the two girls, fast, kind, competent and with a smile ready for everyone who was there. Great thought having moved these items out of the main shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto base + lavabo a €299, il lavabo mi arriva rotto, mi reco lì per chiedere di cambiarlo, mi dicono che siccome erano passati più di 14 gg devo ricomprarlo alla modica cifra di €249 SOLO IL LAVABO! Dicendo che "sono aumentati i prezzi", vado a vedere quanto costa ora la base+lavabo, sempre 299.... Nonostante sul loro sito e chiamando Leroy Merlin Italia, dicono che ho 100 gg di tempo per cambiarlo in caso di merce danneggiata, mi dicono che non è possibile e per venirmi incontro mi vogliono far pagare il lavabo a €147. Ufficio reclami inesistente! Pessimo servizio clienti! Ogni volta che vai lì ti assiste una persona diversa dicendo cose diverse. MAI PIÙ!

Complaints office does not exist! Bad customer service! Every time you go there, a different person assists you by saying different things. NEVER AGAIN!
