★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pochissima professionalità! Sono lì solo per vendere oltre al fatto che non rispondono al telefono. Va aggiunto che il prodotto venduto non corrisponde a quanto esposto presso lo showroom. Se non è truffa questa cosa lo è?
Statene alla larga! Piuttosto che andare da loro era più conveniente lasciare il cemento in bella vista! A mai più!
Very little professionalism! They are only there to sell as well as not answering the phone. It should be added that the product sold does not correspond to what is displayed in the showroom. If it's not a scam, what is it?
Stay away! Rather than going to them it was cheaper to leave the concrete in plain sight! To never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo che ho girato e rigirato in diversi negozi di ceramiche,dove nessuno si è mai preoccupato minimamente di ascoltare le mie richieste ed esigenze,dove ho chiesto semplici informazioni (non stavano facendo nulla e non c'era gente)mi hanno chiesto di prendere un appuntamento con misure esatte ( io prima scelgo,vedo i prezzi e poi ti do le misure)sono andata in IPERCERAMICA . Entro e si avvicina con massima educazione un ragazzo, mi chiede in cosa poteva essere utile ed è stato molto professionale. Mi ha saputo consigliare,i pro e contro di ogni cosa,tutta la parte tecnica e alla fine ho comprato tutto ciò che mi occorreva da loro. Adesso ci è andata anche mia figlia per la sua nuova casa e comprerà tutto lì. Il ragazzo si chiama Federico e gli do un bel 10
After I went around and around in different pottery shops, where no one ever bothered to listen to my requests and needs, where I asked for simple information (they were not doing anything and there were no people) they asked me to take a appointment with exact measurements (I first choose, I see the prices and then I give you the measurements) I went to IPERCERAMICA. I enter and a boy approaches with utmost education, he asks me what he could be useful in and he was very professional. He was able to advise me, the pros and cons of everything, all the technical part and in the end I bought everything I needed from them. Now my daughter went there for her new house and she will buy everything there. The boy is called Federico and I give him a nice 10

Recensione aggiornata: Non riuscire a parlare con alcun operatore telefonicamente mi ha sicuramente creato un disagio perchè avrei potuto risolvere la mia esigenza senza recarmi necessariamente in negozio (per lo più una richiesta di informazioni), per infine non concludere nulla.
Ho corretto da 1 stella a 3 stelle perchè l'operatore in cassa è stato gentilissimo e disponibile e ha cercato di aiutarmi secondo le mie necessità e le possibilità del punto vendita.
Grazie a lui rivedo la mia recensione.
If only they answered the phone ..
Updated review: Not being able to talk to any operator by phone has certainly created me a discomfort because I could have solved my need without necessarily going to the store (mostly a request for information), and finally not conclude anything.
I corrected from 1 star to 3 stars because the operator at the checkout was very kind and helpful and tried to help me according to my needs and the possibilities of the store.
Thanks to him I review my review.
