★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la scusa dello sconto in fattura fanno dei prezzi di partenza mostruosi e alla fine questo sconto su alcuni materiali quasi non c’è! Poi c’è da dire che per un ordine oltre 14000 euro hanno avuto il barbaro coraggio di chiedermi 36 euro per un reso. A proposito del reso, ad oggi non ho ancora capito se l’errore è stato mio o del venditore. Fatto sta che ho pagato solo io. Ah…. Anche sulla quantità di un tipo di piastrella mi è stato sbagliato il calcolo e ho dovuto acquistare altre quantità (ovviamente da un altro rivenditore). A quanto pare a Globo ceramiche Pescara la colpa è sempre del cliente come se noi fossimo tutti del mestiere abili a prendere misure e a fare calcoli da geometra. Il materiale è arrivato nell’arco di due mesi, come preannunciato al momento dell’ordine. Consegna puntuale e precisa, su questo nulla da dire. Metto due stelle giusto per questo.

Also on the quantity of a type of tile I was wrong in the calculation and I had to buy other quantities (obviously from another dealer). Apparently at Globo ceramiche Pescara the fault always lies with the customer as if we were all skilled in the trade at taking measurements and making calculations as a surveyor. The material arrived within two months, as announced at the time of the order. Punctual and precise delivery, nothing to say about this. I put two stars right for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativo da evitare. La mia esperienza è durata circa 6 mesi, dalla firma dell'ordine alla consegna dell'ultimo elemento. Cura del cliente pari a "0", una volta firmato l'ordine e trascorso un po' di tempo in più, rispetto a quanto promesso, il venditore ti rimbalza al magazzino ed inizia la trafila di telefonate, incomprensioni , confusione e promesse non mantenute.
Resto del materiale acquistato altrove.
