. They gave me a kitchen that they claim to be from the Lube, but it's the one you find at Mondo Convenienza, at half the price of which you paid for it. Not recommended and they won't see me anymore. Very little product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato per il servizio assistenza .....in fase progettuale si sono sicuramente dimostrati esperti e precisi ma la loro politica di non fornire assistenza sugli elettrodomestici scaricando tutte le responsabilità sul produttore mi sembra veramente poco professionale contando che di fatto l'elettrodomestico sei obbligato a comprarlo da loro a un prezzo doppio (verificato con il codice prodotto su amazon).
Veramente un peccato......spero che possiate cambiare presto questa politica di abbandono del cliente non appena ci sono problemi.......
Too bad for the after-sales service ..... during the planning phase they certainly proved to be expert and precise but their policy of not providing assistance on household appliances by discharging all the responsibilities on the manufacturer seems to me really unprofessional, counting that in fact the appliance is obliged to buy it from them at a double price (verified with the product code on amazon).
A shame ...... I hope you can change this customer abandonment policy soon as soon as there are problems .......
