Il personale presente nel negozio, è preparato e i loro consigli disinteressati...in particolare Valerio, senza nulla togliere agli altri ragazzi, si è dimostrato squisitamente gentile ed accogliente. L'aria che si respira all'interno dello Store è quasi famigliare. La scelta di una cucina tante volte, è legata a scadenze, termini di pagamento, budget...in questo showroom scordate tutto questo, siete "quasi" come a casa vostra... Store in Sambuceto di San Giovanni Teatino, of the well-known Kitchens manufacturing company. Utili consigli non solo inerenti all'oggetto della vendita (dopo aver espresso i miei obiettivi funzionali / stilistici mi è stata consigliata una specifica cucina che si è poi rivelata essere la giusta risposta alle mie esigenze, a differenza di quella che avevo individuato autonomamente nel catalogo...questo credo sia da intendersi come "assistenza e consulenza al cliente" cioè correggere errori di valutazione di chi non è esperto...) ma anche all'inquadramento dello stesso in ottica di funzionalità ed estetica dell'ambiente in cui sarebbe stato collocato. Puntualità assoluta nella consegna della cucina (nonostante il periodo eccezionale in cui ci troviamo). Installatore puntuale, professionale e capace. Prodotto assolutamente conforme a quanto pattuito ed integro. Parte amministrativa gestita con trasparenza ed apertura verso le mie necessità. Onestamente non ho critiche da muovere: sono semplicemente rimasto soddisfatto. Ora aspetto che si rompa il frigo, se tanto mi da tanto. Poi l'addetto alle vendite è una persona saccente rifilatrice. Nella foto il forno riparato, con tanto di scatto salvavita che per poco non mi bruciava (serpetine con dispersione) anche la TV! Sole. Inoltre il clima amichevole instaurato con il venditore ha reso l'esperienza molto più piacevole. Ci ha seguito illuminandoci su tutti i pro e i contro delle varie componenti della cucina e i suoi consigli si sono rivelati davvero utili. Consigliatissimo.
