★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono abituata ad andare nello store Sephora di Via Santa Lucia e li sono tutti molto cordiali, preparati e disponibili. Tutt'altra storia qui. Personale impreparato, avevo richiesto una crema semplice per pelle sensibile e in due non sono riusciti a trovare una soluzione. A detta loro, tra le centinaia di creme disponibili, non ce n'era nessuna adatta a me, ne non una da 190 Euro. Il commesso biondo è stato molto scortese arrivando a fare commenti sulla mia pelle con la sua collega (non si sono nemmeno degnati di farlo a voce bassa). Fossi la responsabile, per l'atteggiamento, la poca conoscenza e la maleducazione, uno così non lo terrei nemmeno mezza giornata. Mai più, se volete un servizio di qualità, andate da un'altra parte.
 I'm used to going to the Sephora store in Via Santa Lucia and they are all very friendly, prepared and available. A completely different story here. Unprepared staff, I requested a simple cream for sensitive skin and the two of them couldn't find a solution. According to them, among the hundreds of creams available, there was none suitable for me, not one for 190 euros. The blonde salesman was very rude going so far as to make comments about my skin with his colleague (they didn't even bother to do it in a low voice). If I were responsible, for the attitude, the lack of knowledge and rudeness, I wouldn't keep someone like that for half a day. Never again, if you want quality service, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meno prodotti rispetto al negozio in via S. Lucia. Personale gentile, ma troppo invadente. Entro per determinati prodotti e vengo sempre portata ad altri per "stimolarmi" ad acquistare. Le rare volte che ci vado è per comodità di parcheggio ed ogni volta me ne pento.

Alla ricerca di un eyeliner fine, waterproof ed economico, chiedo consigli alla commessa e mi fa acquistare un prodotto completamente il contrario di quello che volevo. Dico ok, mi fido. Mi da un eyeliner non waterprof mi promette lunga tenuta, ottimo prodotto (clinique). Chiedo il prezzo e mi dice: ehmm non tanto, circa 20,euro.
Arrivo in cassa, 27 euro.
Lo provo appena arrivo a casa. Pessimo, era secco e di un colore quasi trasparente. Tra l'altro un prodotto che in altri posti si trova a 17, 18, 22 euro.
Non fatevi consigliare da loro e soprattutto non fatevi fregare
