Una vera e piacevole sorpresa! La ragazza addetta alla vendita è stata a dir poco squisita: un mix di estrema gentilezza e professionalità, mi ha spiegato con dovizia di particolari caratteristiche e novità dei vari caffè, funzionamento della raccolta punti e consigli pratici su manutenzione degli apparecchi. Alla fine ho fatto la tessera ed acquistato vari gusti di caffè e bevande. Davvero una bella bella sorpresa. I went into CAPSULERIA today for the first time, I had finished the coffee capsules in the office and I remembered this shop inside the Giotto shopping center. A real and pleasant surprise! The girl in charge of the sales was nothing short of exquisite: a mix of extreme kindness and professionalism, she explained to me with a wealth of particular features and novelties of the various coffees, how the points collection works and practical advice on maintenance of the appliances. In the end, I made the card and bought various flavors of coffee and drinks. A really nice surprise.

Direi che la professionalità e la cortesia lei la incalza a pennello. Come ho fatto i complimenti a lei voglio farli anche qui. Avendo delle attività si apprezzano ancora di più le persone valide e che meritano attenzione. Tenetevela stretti perché oggi quello che fa tanto anche in una vendita è il personale adeguato che è assai carente ultimamente. Non potevo aspettare per meglio visto che il prezzo è davvero basso, eil caffè è bel schiumoso con un buon gusto forte. La ragazza addetta alla Vendita è stata davvero eccezionale offrendomi di assaggiare le varie tipologie del caffè con un atteggiamento che sinceramente fa venire la voglia di comprare e di tornare anche la prossima volta. Siamo davvero contenti con il caffè e ci torneremmo sicuramente quando ci servirà altro caffè. Avete dei nuovi clienti soddisfatti! Come dicevo mi sono recata al centro Giotto e li con molta sorpresa ho conosciuto SOFIA , una ragazza molto disponibile e sorridente... è stata super gentilissima...
