★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un set pensando fosse un calendario dell'avvento, vista la scatola molto simile e essendo vicino al calendario effettivo. Purtroppo erano disposti lì senza cartellini indicativi, di conseguenza solo dopo l'acquisto, appena aperta la scatola mi sono accorta che non era un calendario ma tutt'altro (grafica e modello simili) e visto il costo eccessivo decido di effettuare una chiamata per richiedere un possibile cambio. Durante la telefonata non mi lasciano spiegare la situazione parlandomi sopra e dicendomi che non effettuano cambi su cosmetici nonostante fosse ancora tutto sigillato, non capisco tutto ciò visto il reparto trucchi (non parlo di tester) con cosmetici a 1,2,3 € distrutti, usati e in condizioni invendibili!
I bought a set thinking it was an advent calendar, given the very similar box and being close to the actual calendar. Unfortunately they were arranged there without indicative tags, consequently only after the purchase, as soon as I opened the box I realized that it was not a calendar but far from it (similar graphics and model) and given the excessive cost I decide to make a call to request a possible change. During the phone call they do not let me explain the situation by talking to me above and telling me that they do not make changes on cosmetics even though everything was still sealed, I do not understand all this given the make-up department (I'm not talking about testers) with cosmetics for € 1,2,3 destroyed, used and in unsaleable condition!
