Gentile, disponibile e moooolto paziente: ha atteso tranquillamente (ok, c'erano altri clienti che ha servito comunque) che mi iscrivessi alla fidelity card per farmi avere i punti. Credo che ancor di più nei negozi in franchising il personale faccia la differenza tra lo scegliere un punto vendita piuttosto di un altro. E io la scelta l'ho fatta: Centro Giotto.
My compliments to the shop owner. Kind, helpful and loooong patient: he quietly waited (ok, there were other customers he served anyway) for me to sign up for the fidelity card to get me the points. I believe that even more in franchised stores the staff make the difference between choosing one point of sale over another. And I made the choice: Giotto Center.
