Ho telefonato più volte e mandato mail per chiedere un’accordatura, ma niente, organizzazione pessima, erano sempre pieni e non potevano venire. Quando allo scadere del periodo ho dovuto tornarlo al negozio (senza che fossero venuti ad accordarlo), ho combattuto per farmi dire la data del trasporto con qualche giorno di anticipo! Volevano chiamarmi il giorno stesso in cui sarebbero venuti, senza alcun preavviso! È un peccato che l’organizzazione sia così scadente perché i prodotti sono buoni e il personale è davvero gentilissimo. I hired a small wall piano; good value for money, but arrived forgotten. I phoned several times and sent emails to ask for a tuning, but nothing, very bad organization, they were always full and could not come. When at the end of the period I had to return it to the shop (without them coming to arrange it), I fought to get the date of the transport to be told a few days in advance! They wanted to call me the very day they would come, without any warning! It is a pity that the organization is so poor because the products are good and the staff is really very kind.

Alla fine non posso che parlare quindi bene di tutta l'esperienza, a partire dalla valutazione dell'usato più che onesta (dico questo dopo aver interpellato prima altri negozi più vicini a casa), passando per il piacere della cortesia nei miei confronti (cosa per niente scontata) , e alla fine del setting perfetto dello strumento acquistato (altra cosa per niente scontata). Salto a piedi pari del parlare bene dello strumento in se, visto che esistono online recensioni che già lo osannano (PRS SE Custom 24-08). Per concludere posso dire che anche se il punto vendita è un poco distante da casa, cercherò di tornarci per fare acquisti tutte le volte che potrò. Ah.. dimenticavo... ha in catalogo anche i cavi Reference, eccellenza Made in Italy nel settore.. e ne ho comprato 1

Decisi di fidarmi e devo dire che il mio intuito è stato fantastico. Il pianoforte è arrivato ben imballato e, nonostante lo spedizioniere avesse prolungato il giorno di consegna, Bettin ha fatto in modo di risolvere e farmelo consegnare nei tempi previsti... Tutto questo tramite whatsapp e con una tempestività nella risposta davvero sorprendente. Che dire... Mi sento di consigliarvelo ad occhi chiusi, sia per la professionalità che per la competitività. I was looking on the internet for a music store that sold the Yamaha p 125 digital piano and, among many, I found Bettin pianos affordable and competitive. I decided to trust and I must say that my intuition was fantastic. The piano arrived well packaged and, despite the shipper having extended the delivery day, Bettin made sure to fix it and have it delivered on schedule ... All this via whatsapp and with a truly surprising promptness in replying. What can I say ... I would like to recommend it with my eyes closed, both for professionalism and competitiveness.
