Sembrava non volessero essere in negozio ad aiutare cliente.
Ho dovuto insistere oltremodo perché la sale assistant mi portasse le calzature che io desideravo provare.
Non ci andrei mai più!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca attenzione verso il cliente, accoglienza fredda, il personale all’ingresso a braccia conserte saluta solo in seconda battuta, seguito da una giovane ed elegante ragazza che non propone alcuna alternativa al prodotto mancante, ho acquistato il giubbotto in un negozio a pochi passi da loro trovando un accoglienza e un trattamento adeguato alla vendita di prodotti “di lusso”. Prima di fermarsi in questa attività consiglio di cercare altrove.
Little attention to the customer, cold welcome, the staff at the entrance with folded arms greets only in the second place, followed by a young and elegant girl who offers no alternative to the missing product, I purchased the jacket in a shop a few steps from them finding a welcome and appropriate treatment for the sale of "luxury" products. Before stopping in this activity I suggest to look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un negozio sempre vuoto è sinonimo di incompetenza, entrarci dentro e tastare con le proprie mani è solo una conferma.
Ci provo sempre ad entrare, giusto perché ci sono i marchi a cui mi affido molto spesso, ma credetemi che preferisco farmi un’ora di macchina o anche più per non rovinarmi la voglia di compere. Per di più lo staff è peggio della spremuta di limone alle 6 di mattina, ti fa aspettare il nulla e non capisco da che pulpito poiché ripeto che questo negozio è vuoto ogni volta che ci entro o ci passo davanti.
Tornarci ancora? No, grazie!
An always empty shop is synonymous with incompetence, entering it and feeling it with your own hands is just a confirmation.
I always try to get in, just because there are brands that I rely on very often, but believe me I prefer to drive for an hour or more so as not to spoil my desire to shop. Moreover, the staff is worse than lemon juice at 6 in the morning, it makes you wait for nothing and I don't understand from which pulpit since I repeat that this shop is empty every time I enter or pass by.
Come back again? No thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partendo dal fatto che non mi è mai capitato di acquistare un prodotto Hogan senza avere un minimo di garanzia, ci tengo a precisare che bisogna essere degli ignoranti per non capire che questo punto vendita, dipendenti compresi, si prendano gioco del cliente stesso. Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe 4 giorni fa, che messe una volta sola si sono rovinate dopo neanche un paio di ore. Una volta tornata nel negozio mi sono trovata davanti ad una commessa che mi stava ridendo in faccia dicendomi che era la caratteristica della scarpa! E mi domando: è una caratteristica che delle scarpe da 300€ si distruggano? Io direi proprio di no. Ma come se non bastasse sono stata trattata con indifferenza dal primo minuto che ho messo piede lì dentro, compreso il giorno in cui ho fatto l’acquisto (messa da parte ad aspettare come una ragazzina).
Personale completamente maleducato, non disponibile, arrogante ed incompetente.
NON CI TORNERÒ MAI PIÙ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a pair of shoes 4 days ago, which put on only once were ruined after less than a couple of hours. Once back in the shop I found myself in front of a saleswoman who was laughing in my face telling me that it was the characteristic of the shoe! And I wonder: is it a characteristic that 300 € shoes are destroyed? I would say no. But as if that weren't enough, I was treated with indifference from the first minute I set foot in there, including the day I made the purchase (set aside to wait like a girl).
Completely rude, unavailable, arrogant and incompetent staff.
I WILL NEVER COME BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho comprato delle scarpe Tod’s in questo negozio .
Inizialmente molto gentili , nello stesso giorno mi sono accorto che erano avevano la suola scollata ... nemmeno le scarpe dall’africano si scollano in giornata ... dunque ho chiesto un cambio , mi è stato detto che entro 2 mesi avrebbero potuto risuolarle , ho dunque chiesto il reso dei 470,00 euro versati . Hanno accampato mille scusi , dicendo che mancava il capo , mi hanno dato una ragione sociale diversa da quella reale Etc Etc ....
Mi sono dovuto recare da una associazione di consumatori che mi sta assistendo per riavere il denaro ....
