Questo però non vale assolutamente per la filiale di via San Fermo a Padova. Stamane alle 10 mi ci sono recato per cambiare dei soldi (trecento euro) in tagli più grossi. Dopo un'attesa di venti minuti (la filiale era quasi vuota) l'impiegato alla cassa (sportello n° 2) alla mia richiesta si è rifiutato di cambiarmi il denaro guardandomi sbalordito come se gli avessi chiesto una cassa di pomidoro o una cravatta di seta. Pessimo servizio, personale scortese ed inefficiente! Da evitare I have been a Unicredit customer for twenty years in the Saonara and Piove di Sacco offices. In these locations I have always been more than satisfied with the service and advice. However, this does not apply to the via San Fermo branch in Padua. This morning I went to 10 to change money (three hundred euros) in larger denominations. After a wait of twenty minutes (the branch was almost empty) the clerk at the cash desk (desk # 2) at my request refused to change my money looking at me as if I had asked him for a chest of tomatoes or a tie of silk. Assolutamente non professionali, non informati, non si prendono la responsabilità dei propri errori e alla fine è sempre il cliente a pagare che forse poi sarà rimborsato. If I could put 0 stars I would.
