★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, dopo 5 e-mail e 4 telefonate mi hanno risposto che non avevano ancora un'idea di cosa propormi, e che dunque avrei semplicemente dovuto attendere. Qualsiasi popolare sito di online booking e' di gran lunga superiore a questa inefficiente, dispersiva e volatile agenzia di viaggi di Padova.
Bad service, after 5 emails and 4 phone calls they said they had not an idea of what to offer me, and therefore I should just wait. Any popular online booking site and 'far superior to this inefficient, dispersed and volatile travel agency Padova.
