Avevo chiesto una semplice regolata al taglio( avevo un taglio bob medio) e mi sono ritrovata con un taglio corto a uomo , avevo chiesto di rifarmi la base ma di accentuare le schiariture (già presenti e piuttosto chiare ) con toni che andassero più sul biondo e mi sono ritrovata con un castano ovunque .Non ascoltano per niente il cliente .Poca professionalità anche da parte della signorina addetta alla colorazione che guardava da tutte le parti tranne che sulla mia testa , schizzando colore ovunque . Non ci andrò mai più
 I gave 1 star because I can't give less. I had asked for a simple adjustment to the cut (I had a medium bob cut) and I found myself with a short man cut, I had asked to redo the base but to accentuate the lightening (already present and quite light) with tones that went more on the blonde and I found myself with a brown everywhere. They don't listen to the customer at all. Little professionalism even on the part of the lady in charge of coloring who was looking everywhere except on my head, splashing color everywhere. I will never go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la prima volta esco da un parrucchiere entusiasta del lavoro fatto sui miei capelli. Sono bravissimi e preparati, si vede che amano il loro lavoro. Personale davvero eccellente, non se ne trovano a padova di così accorti con i clienti. Tra l'altro i prezzi sono nella media.
Sicuramente ora hanno una nuova cliente affezionata.
For the first time I go out of a hairdresser enthusiastic about the work done on my hair. They are very good and prepared, you can see that they love their job. Really excellent staff, you don't find them in Padua that are so careful with customers. Among other things, the prices are average.
Surely now they have a new loyal customer.
