Dopo aver segnalato il problema la forcella è stata inviata (senza dover pagare alcune spese di spedizione) in garanzia alla Fox per la riparazione e poi rispedita a me. Ottimo servizio post vendita.
 Purchased giant xtc mtb but arrived with fork rebound adjustment rod not working.
After reporting the problem, the fork was sent (without paying any shipping costs) under warranty to Fox for repair and then sent back to me. Great after sale service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portata la mia mtb Giant per riparazione/tagliando, inoltre faceva dei rumorini (cigolii). Verificato dal meccanico che si trattava di cuscinetti.
Sostituiti i cuscinetti e fatti gli altri lavori programmati. Uscito in bici domenica, perfetta.
Contentissimo, è il mio negozio preferito da sempre.
Molto professionali e devo dire onestissimi anche nei prezzi. Mai avuto un problema sui loro interventi di manutenzione, per me i numeri 1 nel loro campo.
I took my Giant mtb for repair / service, it also made noises (squeaks). Verified by the mechanic that these were bearings.
Replaced bearings and done other scheduled work. Cycled out on Sunday, perfect.
Delighted, it has always been my favorite shop.
Very professional and I must say very honest also in the prices. Never had a problem with their maintenance, for me the number 1 in their field.

Despite the considerable distance, the e-bike arrived in 24 hours perfectly packed. I only had to tighten two screws to be able to use it. Cristina's kindness and preparation and Matteo's professionalism denote the commitment and love they have for their work. Fully satisfied with everything.
