Ho ordinato a maggio 2021 una cyclette sul catalogo, a settembre ancora nn l'avevo.
Quando chiamavo mi rispondevano sempre che arrivava la settimana seguente, poi invece nn arrivava mai.
Mi sono fatta dare in dietro i soldi.

I ordered an exercise bike in the catalog in May 2021, I still didn't have it in September.
When I called they always replied that it would arrive the following week, but then it never arrived.
I got the money back.

β β β β β A fine 2020 ho contatto i negozio perchΓ¨ volevo acquistare una bicicletta presente nel catalogo del loro sito. Sono stati veloci a rispondermi ma mi hanno comunicato che l'articolo non era disponibile in magazzino. Ho dato il mio budget per farmi proporre un'altra bicicletta. Mi hanno proposto con lo stesso budget una bici piΓΉ bella e di valore piΓΉ alto che non era presente nel catalogo. Per gli acquisti online consiglio di contattarli prima di scegliere dal sito. Offrono spedizione in contrassegno ma io ho pagato in anticito tramite bonifico bancario ed Γ¨ andato tutto perfettamente. Sono velocissimi a rispondere, gentili e soprattutto competenti.
Sicuramente li consiglio

At the end of 2020 I contacted the shops because I wanted to buy a bicycle in the catalog of their site. They were quick to reply but told me that the item was not in stock. I gave my budget to get another bike proposed. They proposed me with the same budget a more beautiful and higher value bike that was not in the catalog. For online purchases, I recommend contacting them before choosing from the site. They offer cash on delivery but I paid in advance by bank transfer and everything went perfectly. They are very quick to respond, kind and above all competent.
Definitely recommend them

β β β β β I was not there yet but I've asked the team via FB about few things regarding the bike trip we are planning in this year - if they can keep some cardboards for us (so we can ship our bikes back to our country) about the weather etc. - nothing related to their daily basis stuff, completly out of their scope - I've been provided with all of the answers I need within some tips.
Giving 5 stars for great attitude!
