Al momento della richiesta il titolare ha risposto in malo modo dicendo di essersi rifiutato di rimontare il flap antiforatura perchè secondo lui "non serve a niente" e perchè lui per questi lavori chiede 20 euro (solo il flap ne costa 8) . Precedentemente aveva riservato una risposta scortese anche a un altra cliente. Modifica: Aggiungo che erano riparazioni normale nulla di comprato da altre parti un freno di un bimbo bici rotto e un cestino piegato....ma l educazione e l accoglienza non deve mai mancare in un esercizio pubblico anche davanti ad un bambino che tornando in macchina ci è rimasto molto male per non poter sistemare la bici ma noi alla tua risposta che non avevi tempo da perdere non abbiamo detto nulla...l arroganza e stata solo da una parte e non la nostra mi spiace comunque Rudeness and arrogance treated like fish in the face ... if you don't buy from him he doesn't make repairs because he has much more important things to do ... but we would have paid .... never again never rudeness in the pure state ...
