★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo!!! Sono andato per montare una bici nuova professionale ma sono rimasto deluso. Nessuna spiegazione sul lavoro fatto. Senza ascoltare la mia esigenza mi dice di lasciarli la bici tagliando corto il discorso. Al ritiro tutto ciò che mi poteva dire era: È a posto. Gli chiedo se mi deve raccontare qualcosa, per spiegare il lavoro fatto o qualche consiglio , risposta : no no, l'ho provato ed è ok. Quindi ho pagato un assistenza che solo professionale non era. È così che si perde un cliente.
Sconsigliatissimo !!! I went to mount a new professional bike but I was disappointed. No explanation on the work done. Without listening to my need, he tells me to leave the bike and cut it short. At the retreat all he could tell me was: It's okay. I ask him if he has to tell me something, to explain the work done or some advice, answer: no no, I tried it and it's ok. So I paid for a service that was not professional. This is how a customer is lost.
