GREAT STORE, GREAT BIKE I found the Armony Firenze Advance bike on the Baya, but I contact the shop directly, which then quickly sent it to me in perfect condition. The Armony brand is a certainty, the pieces are Chinese but of first choice and assembled in the Republic of San Marino. The many details are well taken care of. The battery lasts a long time even at maximum speed, which I often use because I have read that it is important to pedal relaxed. The Firenze is a city bike, so it must be on asphalt roads and not on dirt roads: it does not have puncture-proof tires and above all it does not have the longitudinal bar that makes it rigid in the event of a deep hole; however, it does not break down into alternative paths. On the other hand, it is wonderful and everywhere I go I receive compliments and admiring glances. The saddle is quite comfortable, not very wide, but in short, you can stay in it for an hour. It is essential to always wear glasses against the many insects that circle. Sore point are the brakes, not disc but still with shoes and pads, which brake yes, but after a month they are already worn out: in Rome there are too many packages ... you will need a car bike rack to take it to the mechanic. Finally, access to battery charging is a little inconvenient in the case of bags behind. On the other hand, the handlebar grips are positive: they are made of leather and are flat, so as to rest the palm of your hand: a really nice intuition. And now a few words about the engine: it is a Bafang, one of the best on the market, but you have to get carried away, or rather your foot. The pedals are his accelerator. If it is on and I give it a tap, the bike jumps forward and if there is an obstacle we go on it. Or worse still, if we are on the street, we could find ourselves in the middle of the road to maneuver, with serious consequences. Therefore in the bell at the start. On the other hand, during the march, if we stop pedaling, it stops abruptly and this is not pleasant. So you have to learn how to dose it with taps on the pedals to slow down gently, and among other things, I have the feeling that if we are in a low gear, it slows down more. For the rest it is a marvel, it brings me back to the happiness of my twenty years (even if my 70s return uphill ...). A very handy feature is a toggle that helps you move forward in case you get off and push. Regarding the shop, Mr. Silvio was very professional, kind, a little laconic but then he always answered every question via Whatsapp in an exhaustive manner. He got me a good price, with a lot of important accessories. Finally, to track the bike in case of theft, registration in a database in which the code number of the bike is entered is included in the price, which helps to identify it as one's own if discovered by the police.

I WAS CUSTOMER: it was not the first bike I bought in this shop and as a customer I have always trusted. unfortunately I discovered that I bought the latest bicycle at a much higher invented price. Back in the shop, the justification was that Armony didn't update their price lists. I called the company for explanations but they confirmed their price list at the time of purchase. They told me that the price could have variations usually tending to the discount at times a little more but when I reported the figure they were sorry about what happened. The market has its variables but cheating a customer for the trust placed in the shopkeeper will only lead to well-deserved publicity.

I state that I am from Rome and fortunately I found this shop in Rimini on the internet, from which I bought three bicycles that cannot be found throughout Italy, two of which are pedal assisted and one is muscular, with excellent satisfaction. Silvio constantly updated me on the status of the shipment of bicycles and also guaranteed me remote assistance for a warranty intervention on a bicycle.
