S	Simone Peccerillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo 3 settimane arrivo e: la catena è a terra, manubrio e ruota non sono allineati, l'ultima marcia del cambio non ingrana, spunta mezzo metro di filo tranciato dal manubrio e alla domanda "ma questo è ancora così?" La risposta che mi sento dare è: " non lo avevo visto, ma tanto cos'è?" " Il comando per il blocco ammortizzatori" "Ah beh ma tanto secondo me non lo usi nemmeno". In pratica: per 100 euro mi ha cambiato la ruota posteriore, avrei pagato anche di più, ma almeno che mi fossi ritrovato la bici aggiustata, e non preso in giro. after 3 weeks I arrive and: the chain is on the ground, the handlebars and the wheel are not aligned, the last gear of the gearbox does not engage, half a meter of sheared wire appears from the handlebar and the question "is this still the case?" The answer I feel is: "I hadn't seen it, but what is it?" "The control for the shock absorber block" "Ah well but I don't think you even use it anyway." In practice: for 100 euros he changed my rear wheel, I would have paid even more, but at least if I had found the bike fixed, and not made fun of.

Marchino, il proprietario, un ragazzo bravissimo, competente e che ti sa consigliare ( non per venderti per forza qualcosa ), dedica molto tempo al cliente e sicuramente se può darti una mano o comunque venirti in contro, vai tranquillo che lo farà. Vi consiglio vivamente questo negozio di biciclette sia che vogliate comprare una bici ( nuova o usata ), componentistica, ricambi e sia che abbiate semplicemente bisogno di sistemare la vostra bici. Grande ? I bought a MTB for my son, beautiful. Marchino, the owner, a very good, competent guy who knows how to advise you (not necessarily to sell you something), dedicates a lot of time to the customer and surely if he can give you a hand or in any case come against you, don't worry he will do it. Ho cambiato città e ho trovato competenza, disponibilità e precisione nel lavoro che non pensavo esistessero più. In mezza giornata la mia bici da corsa è tornata pienamente utilizzabile e adesso è perfino vintage ! Un grazie sincero Owner of an outdated Colnago, no one in my area wanted to do the essential maintenance. I changed city and found competence, availability and precision in work that I didn't think existed anymore. In half a day my racing bike was fully usable again and now it's even vintage!
