★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente negozio ottimo, ma dopo aver aspettato la visiera per il mio casco per due settimane, pagata anticipatamente, e non ancora arrivata(per problemi di spedizione dell'azienda principale), decido di chiedere all'azienda principale chiarimenti su come mai non avesse ancora spedito il prodotto. Circa una settimana dopo, ricevo la chiamata del negozio dove mi veniva detto che sarebbe arrivata in settimana, arrivato il sabato e senza alcuna notizia, chiamo il negozio per sapere se fosse arrivata, e mi sento parlare in maniera scortese poiché ho contattato l'azienda e mi viene detto di riandare a prendere i soldi.
Mi reco al negozio per ritirida la cifra datagli, e mi sento dire dai proprietari, che devo imparare a stare al mondo, di andare a lavorare e che sono pure maleducata e irrispettosa, esordendo con "sono maleducato con i clienti come voi".
Definitely an excellent shop, but after waiting for the visor for my helmet for two weeks, paid in advance, and not yet arrived (due to shipping problems of the main company), I decide to ask the main company for clarification on why it had not yet shipped the product. About a week later, I get the call of the shop where I was told that it would arrive in the week, arrived on Saturday and without any news, I call the shop to find out if it had arrived, and I hear rude words as I have contacted the company and I'm told to go back and get the money.
I go to the shop to collect the amount given to him, and I hear from the owners, that I have to learn to be in the world, to go to work and that I am also rude and disrespectful, starting with "I am rude to customers like you".
