★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo della zona mi sono affidato a loro per un problema sulla mia moto, devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene sia per il personale cortese e gentile come per chi è dietro all’officina. Concessionaria con parco moto nuove e usate all’interno ed abbigliamento.
Ci tornerò sicuramente perché è molto valida.
Being from the area, I relied on them for a problem on my bike, I must say that I found myself very well both for the courteous and kind staff and for those behind the workshop. Dealership with a fleet of new and used motorcycles inside and clothing.
I will definitely go back as it is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso solo dare 5 stelle ma ne servirebbero il doppio ...Cortesia e competenza sono di casa in D&G Rimini ( perché è presente anche a Pesaro e a Carpi )con un plauso a Stefano che come venditore commerciale riesce a soddisfare ogni esigenza personale con professionalità e simpatia senza nulla a togliere a I suoi colleghi commerciali...quando entri in D&G ti fanno sentire come a casa
In officina ho solo trovato persone competenti e con un impegno al di fuori dal comune
Io ho acquistato una Tracer 900 ed ho sempre avuto un assistenza durante i tagliandi con moto o scooter di cortesia con tagliandi con prezzi chiari e in linea con la concorrenza ....insomma se avete in mente di acquistare una Stupenda Yamaha Nuova o anche Usata dovete soli recarvi in D&G ad occhi chiusi.

I can only give 5 stars but double it would be needed ... Courtesy and competence are at home in D&G Rimini (because it is also present in Pesaro and Carpi) with an applause to Stefano who as a commercial seller is able to satisfy every personal need with professionalism and sympathy without detracting from his commercial colleagues ... when you join D&G they make you feel at home
In the workshop I only found competent people with an out-of-the-ordinary commitment
I bought a Tracer 900 and I have always had assistance during the coupons with courtesy motorcycles or scooters with coupons with clear prices and in line with the competition .... in short, if you are planning to buy a Superb Yamaha New or even Used you just have to go to D&G with your eyes closed.

mi fanno una prima valutazione dopo aver visionato la moto in foto di 3500 euro
mi vengono a prelevare la moto
poi in un seconda valutazione presunta mi offrono al massimo 1500
mi fanno vedere un t max in vendita che volevo acquistare
ma dopo 2 settimane mi chiamano che lo aveva venduto il collega senza nemmeno parlarsi tra loro
e già qui capisco la professionalità scadente
poi dopo 3 settimane di silenzio chiedo di avere la moto indietro xchè vedo poca serietà
non si e' mai visto al mondo
che un cliente debba chiamare ripetutamente il concessionario x avere info riguardo la valutazione definitiva del propio mezzo
anzi mi sento rispondere che sono capitato in un momento sbagliato
morale della favola dopo varie chiamate e msg e dopo un mese riescono a riportarmi la moto
ho riscontrato poca professionalità e serietà dall' ufficio vendite
diffidate nella maniera più assoluta ......

moral of the story after several calls and messages and after a month they manage to bring me back the bike
I found little professionalism and seriousness from the sales office
be wary in the most absolute way ...
