Di passaggio per Rimini con un problema eletrico improvviso mi rislvolgevo a loro e nonostante i meccanici fossero pieni di lavoro fino al collo il signor Tosi in persona mi ha sistemato la moto perdendoci un ora. Persona squisita consigliatissimo!

Passing through Rimini with a sudden electrical problem, I turned to them and although the mechanics were full of work up to the neck, Mr. Tosi himself fixed the bike for me, losing an hour. Exquisite person highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno detto di dover sostituire il motorino di avviamento alla mia Guzzi per 500 euro perchè saltava il fusibile al chè avevo detto di lasciare perdere. Poi mi hanno "abbassato" il prezzo a 250 euro.ed ho accettato ma, come sospettavo, il motorino non è stato sostituito ma hanno fatto qualche magheggio poichè,
dopo appna due anni e 2000 km il problema si è riproposto.
They told me I had to replace the starter motor on my Guzzi for 500 euros because the fuse blew and I said to forget it. Then they "lowered" the price to 250 euros. And I accepted but, as I suspected, the moped was not replaced but they did some magic because,
after two years and 2000 km the problem arose again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se non ci fosse altro posto dove andare, fate a meno di venire qui. Dopo aver contattato il titolare per l'acquisto di una Aprilia Motò per la quale lo stesso mi aveva garantito al telefono.. Un ripristino generale perchè era da tempo ferma (tagliando, batteria, gomme) ed averla saldata il 5/2/21.. Mi è arrivata il 9/7... Sporca, il freno posteriore non funzionante e le gomme del 2005. 4 mesi per un passaggio di proprietà dando la colpa ad un'agenzia di S. Marino, quando la stessa, una volta contattata, mi ha detto che i documenti erano stati consegnati in maggio.. Più un mese per arrivare a destinazione perchè doveva trovare una soluzione gratuita. Sciatteria, arroganza e maleducazione contraddistinguono quest'azienda.
Sig. Tosi, sono stupito per la solerzia con la quale ha risposto alla mia recensione, la stessa che ha avuto quando mi sollecitava al saldo, e quando puntualmente l'ho effettuato, sparito, neanche a " Chi l'ha visto" . Il suo " tutto dimostrabile" vale anche per le decine di telefonate mie non risposte , altre decine alle quali delegava moglie, figlio, impiegato, anche qualche passante pur di non rispondermi. E quando si è sventurato a farlo, c'era sempre un cliente da assistere, visto che con me il discorso saldo era chiuso, potevo attendere. 5 mesi. La tastiera l'ho usata perchè , a ragione, si è dimostrato l'unico mezzo per avere risposta. Sarei dovuto andare dopo un mese soltanto da un legale, o alla Finanza, mi sarei preso meno arrabbiature e disgusto per quanto accaduto. Le auguro di essere trattato metà di come lei ha fatto con me. Lei merita l'oblio, sig Tosi. Buonasera a lei

Mr. Tosi, I am amazed at the diligence with which he replied to my review, the same he had when he asked me to pay the balance, and when I promptly made it, it disappeared, not even to "Who has seen it". His "all demonstrable" is also valid for the dozens of my unanswered phone calls, other dozens to which he delegated his wife, son, employee, even a few passersby in order not to answer me. And when he was unfortunate to do so, there was always a customer to assist, since with me the balance was closed, I could wait. 5 months. I used the keyboard because, rightly, it proved to be the only way to get an answer. I would have had to go after only a month to a lawyer, or to Finance, I would have taken less anger and disgust for what happened. I wish you were treated half the way you did me.
