Bene Due giorni dopo richiamo raconto quello che successo , si scusano e mi dicono la stessa cosa ,che sarei contattato entro mezzogiorno, ancora oggi sto aspettando la telefonata , Spero per voi che avete talmente tanto da fare che veramente non avete il tempo di richiamare, Altrimenti avete quello che meritate

Ba . e rivenditore, da circa 3 anni senza aver avuto nessun problema né sull'auto e né con loro...mio fratello continua tutt'ora ad acquistare da loro , con fermezza e sicurezza per la loro professionalità...Usato assicurato ??... Hello .. I would like to write a lot but it takes very little to classify a dealer ... to say only professionalism, courtesy and experience is what I found in the Di.Ba group. ... Cosa dire solo che è un ottimo venditore. Rimango solo in attesa che mi arrivi la mia macchina. I would leave a good comment to the Seller Gianluca Capitondi, an excellent seller, in solving any type of problem. Very helpful and courteous. What to say only that it is a very good seller. Al primo incontro, dopo una prima chiacchierata e prima ancora di farmi un preventivo, il venditore mi liquida dicendo che ha un"appuntamento con un'altra cliente. Non poteva dirlo subito? Non poteva fare subentrare un suo collega? ...erano in 2 senza clienti! Comunque mi viene dato appuntamento x il giorno dopo. Arrivò puntuale all'appuntamento e il venditore è impegnato con altri clienti e dopo 15min. di attesa mi consegna al suo responsabile per il test drive dicendo che ne avrà per altri 5min.. Ritorniamo in concessionaria e il responsabile mi abbandona all'ingresso ...mentre il venditore è ancora con i clienti di prima. Continuo ad aspettare, ma dopo un ora e 15min. dall'ora dell'appuntamento me ne vado! ... Sicuramente ci sarà un'altra concessionaria che si prenderà i 50000€ che ero pronto a spendere! Bad experience! At the first meeting, after a first chat and even before giving me a quote, the salesman dismisses me by saying that he has an "appointment with another customer. Couldn't he have said it right away? Couldn't he have taken over a colleague? ... 2 without customers! Anyway I am given an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time for the appointment and the seller is busy with other customers and after 15min. Of waiting he hands me over to his manager for the test drive saying that he will have it for another 5min. . We go back to the dealership and the manager abandons me at the entrance ... while the seller is still with the previous customers. I continue to wait, but after an hour and 15 minutes from the time of the appointment I leave! ... Surely there will be another dealership that will take the € 50,000 that I was ready to spend!
M	Mirco Ghinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo 3 anni fa mi sono imbattuto in un fatto piuttosto increscioso, premetto che era la seconda mercedes che acquistavo presso questa concessionaria e mi ero trovato molto bene sia con il venditore Giancarlo ( gentile e professionale) e sia con i ragazzi dell’officina sempre disponibili e cortesi. Ho comprato una classe b e dopo qualche mese mi è’ stato fatto presente da un amico carrozziere che la mia auto era stata riverniciata lato anteriore sinistro vicino ruota pur non avendo avuto incidenti. Sono andato in concessionaria e dopo averlo fatto presente piuttosto scocciato mi hanno riverniciato tutta l’auto ma e’ emersa la poca serietà’ della direzione Luxcar che mi aveva venduto macchina incidentata a km 0. Sono tornato per altro preventivo da Giancarlo ma il preventivo era piu’ alto della concorrenza e ho comprato la mia nuova mercedes altrove… Unfortunately 3 years ago I came across a rather unfortunate fact, I state that it was the second Mercedes I bought at this dealership and I was very happy with both the seller Giancarlo (kind and professional) and with the guys from the workshop always available and courteous. I bought a class B and after a few months I was told by a friend of the coachbuilder that my car had been repainted on the front left side near the wheel despite having had no accidents. I went to the dealership and after having pointed this out rather annoyed they repainted the whole car but the lack of seriousness of the Luxcar management emerged, who had sold me a damaged car at km 0. I returned for another quote from Giancarlo but the quote was higher than the competition and I bought my new mercedes elsewhere ...
