Preventivo mai ricevuto dopo circa 2 mesi di attesa nonostante le relative conferme da parte del personale. Se potete andate altrove. I requested a quote for changing the rear shocks of my car. Meglio chiamare ho risolto più problemi a telefono che in officina. I was not very satisfied. La Xsara mi piaceva molto. Avevo voglia di cambiare auto e dopo 4 chiacchere con il rivenditore Stefano Pedrazzi mi convinsi che era ora di farmi un regalo. Uscii dalla concessionaria col contratto d'acquisto della mia Xsara 1.4i SX-BK. Un'auto fantastica con la quale ho viaggiato in mezza Europa. Per la manutenzione tutte le volte che ho avuto bisogno dell'officina ho sempre fatto riferimento a ERREPIÙ poi a RUGGERI SERVICE, prima col Sig.Gino e poi con altri tecnici. Ho avuto bisogno d'assistenza tecnica pochi giorni fa. Segnalo la grande cortesia dei ragazzi del magazzino ricambi, di Denise e Nicholas al ricevimento clienti e la bravura e gentilezza del tecnico Stefano. Faccio un'ultima nota: il salone d'attesa per l'officina è bellissimo e con tutte le comodità. Adesso ho la mia Xsara restaurata a nuovo. Sono felice. For maintenance, every time I needed the workshop I always referred to ERREPIÙ then to RUGGERI SERVICE, first with Mr. Gino and then with other technicians. I needed technical assistance a few days ago. I point out the great courtesy of the guys from the spare parts warehouse, Denise and Nicholas at the customer reception and the skill and kindness of the technician Stefano. I make a last note: the waiting room for the workshop is beautiful and with all the comforts. Now I have my newly restored Xsara. I'm happy. L’ ultimo infatti è stato fatto anche pochi giorni fa’. Mi è piaciuto l’assistenza post tagliando che a distanza di 2 giorni sono stato contattato per sapere se era andato tutto bene. Lo consiglio tranquillamente. I bought a Peugeot in 2008 from Ruggeri in Rimini and from that moment I have always felt good, even in the various assistance and servicing that I have done.
