Avevo un auto che volava, ora sono stato costretto dopo averla portata in riparazione presso questa officina a venderla, praticamente ROVINATA. Tenuta in officina un eternita, per ritirare un auto inguidabile che si spegneva a tutti gli incroci. Mi dispiace, ma i clienti NON si trattano a pesci in faccia. Il conto ? STRATOSFERICO e sopratutto nemmeno un cenno di preventivo. NON mi recherò mai più in questa officina, ma non per l'auto danneggiata, non per i sodi buttati al vento, ma per l'arroganza di vendersi come i migliori e NON ammettere che tutti possono sbagliare. A disastrous experience from all points of view! I had a car that flew, now I have been forced after taking it for repair at this workshop to sell it, practically RUINED. Kept in the workshop for an eternity, to pick up an undriveable car that went off at all intersections. I'm sorry, but customers do NOT treat themselves to fish in the face. The bill ? STRATOSPHERIC and above all not even a hint of a quote. I will NEVER go to this workshop again, but not for the damaged car, not for the sods thrown to the wind, but for the arrogance of selling themselves as the best and NOT admitting that everyone can be wrong.

Both the mechanic and the installer who have been mounted on the car for 10 years are picky and precise. Never had a problem if you do the right maintenance.

Mi chiama dopo un giorno di tutta fretta e mi dice per telefono il preventivo (senza nessun pezzo di carta) di 550 euro circa. Mi dice anche se (senza che gli dicessi niente, ma lui era convinto del contrario invece) aveva già fatto lavori per 350 euro, e di dirgli subito se doveva fare anche il restante segnato nel preventivo oppure no. Gli dico di mandarmi per foto il preventivo e che sarei passato il pomeriggio per capire meglio cosa stava accadendo, mi manda una foto di un preventivo scritto a mano praticamente sulla carta del formaggio. La sera vado lì, andando io a prendere l'olio per il cambio (e non quello che voleva mettere lui che per fortuna non ha messo e che aveva sparato un prezzo assurdo) riesco a risparmiarci qualcosa non facendolo andare avanti con i lavori. Siccome dice di non avere il bancomat mi ricorda di venire il giorno dopo a prendere la macchina con i contanti. Il giorno dopo vado a prenderla, aspettandomi almeno una fattura, invece mi presenta il conto sulla stessa carta del formaggio scritta a mano. M	Mery Favale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire che sono stati maleducati è dir poco, come hanno detto loro ci sono altri meccanici prima di arrivare alla loro officina e vi consiglio vivamente di fermarvi a qualsiasi meccanico tranne che da loro, ho avuto un problema con la macchina e non partiva più, a due minuti di distanza da questa officina, mi sono recata da loro per chiedere un aiuto e all’inizio mi è stato detto di aspettare così da poter venire a controllare la macchina, dopo 40 minuti ferma sotto al sole uno dei due vien fuori dicendomi che non poteva venire a controllarmi la macchina perché aveva altre cose da fare (dirmelo subito no eh?) e che o aspettavo altri 20 minuti o “ci sono altri prima di me forza vai da loro”….
