Il primo ordine di mattonelle è arrivato in ritardo per un guasto del camion trasportatore senza che fossimo avvisati e ci siamo passati sopra. Abbiamo fatto un secondo ordine che è arrivato sbagliato per una mancata comunicazione tra il personale, visto che così avevamo un numero contato di mattonelle e non potevamo aspettare l'invio della scatola dimenticata (dopo due settimane) ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero mandato qualche campione dalla fabbrica... li stiamo ancora aspettando...?

The first order of tiles arrived late due to a breakdown of the transporter truck without our warning and we passed over it. We placed a second order which arrived wrong due to a lack of communication between the staff, as we had a counted number of tiles and could not wait for the forgotten box to be sent (after two weeks) we were told that they would send us some sample from the factory ... we are still waiting for them ... ?

Per qualche “diatriba” interna non ci siam più potuto servire allo Showroom di San Marino (dove ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo)
Al contrario qui, nessun servizio, quel poco che viene portato a termine, in maniera pessima e per di più per ottenere ciò che si è già pagato bisogna rincorrerli
