★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensare di comprare in un negozio e aspettare 30 giorni per la consegna è pura follia. Anche per un solo pezzo bisogna attendere dai 30 ai 40 giorni! I prezzi sono più alti della media, tutta apparenza niente di concreto.
Thinking of buying in a store and waiting for 30 days for delivery is pure madness. Even for a single piece you have to wait 30 to 40 days! The prices are higher than the average, all apparently nothing concrete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io adoro Iperceramica, ma ritengo che il punto vendita non renda giustizia all'infinità di promozioni che ci sono ogni mese. Troppo piccolo, ben organizzato... Ma troppo piccolo! I prezzi sono assolutamente i migliori in giro.. Basta guardare i volantini.
I love Iperceramica, but I believe that the store does not do justice to the infinity of promotions that there are every month. Too small, well organized ... But too small! Prices are absolutely the best around .. Just look at the flyers.

Le luci posizionate dall'alto permettono anche di farsi un'idea della resa del rivestimento esposto alla luce. Prodotti molto belli: facendo dei giusti abbinamenti si possono creare per casa delle soluzioni esteticamente molto fini sulla base dei propri gusti. Personale molto gentile e in grado di dare anche dei buoni suggerimenti o consigli: i ragazzi sono preparati. In una città come potenza ci voleva un negozio del genere,era ora !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale menefreghista , sono arrivata alle 12:50 davanti al negozio e dopo aver bussato alla porta mi sono sentita dire che era già chiuso . Ma l'orario di chiusura non sono le 13:00???????... il ragazzo mi ha liquidato dicendomi che riaprivano alle 16:00 .....caspita si vede che era un dipendente , volevo vedere se l'azienda era la sua ....avrebbe subito riaperto e sarebbe stato anche oltre l'orario .....ma quando uno è dipendente che gliene importa di stare di più....piuttosto chiude prima !!!!???????
Indifferent staff, I arrived in front of the shop at 12:50 and after knocking on the door I was told that it was already closed. But the closing time is not 13:00 ??????? ... the guy liquidated me telling me that they reopened at 16:00 ..... wow you can see he was an employee, I wanted to see if the company was his .... it would have immediately reopened and it would have been even after hours ..... but when someone is an employee who cares about staying longer .... rather it closes earlier !!!! ? ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stalla solo perché di meno non si può. Abbiamo avuto un esperienza terribile, prodotti ordinato in negozio, con consegna a domicilio pagata 50 euro con scarico della merce in 15 giorni. Bene, i materiali sono arrivati dopo 3 settimane, lo scarico non mi è stato fatto all'indirizzo sulla bolla ma nella piazza principale del paese, quindi abbiamo dovuto portare i materiali a nostre spese all'indirizzo di fatturazione. ci era stato detto che avremmo potuto concordare lo scarico con il trasportatore che non ha chiamato, arrivato in paese ha fermato un passante per farsi dare il numero di mio marito e ha poi affidato la merce a mio padre al quale voleva far firmare la bolla. In tutto questo mi sono arrivate anche 5 piastrelle sbagliate. Questa orribile esperienza mi ha causato un enorme stress, ed essendo incinta non mi ha fatto per nulla bene. Sicuramente non compreremo mai più nulla in questo negozio nonostante i prezzi vantaggiosi.
1 stable just because you can't get less. We had a terrible experience, products ordered in the shop, with home delivery paid for 50 euros with unloading of the goods in 15 days. Well, the materials arrived after 3 weeks, the unloading was not done to me at the address on the bill but in the main square of the village, so we had to bring the materials at our expense to the billing address. we were told that we could arrange the unloading with the transporter who did not call, when he arrived in the village he stopped a passerby to get my husband's number and then entrusted the goods to my father who wanted to have the bill signed. In all of this I also got 5 wrong tiles. This horrible experience caused me tremendous stress, and being pregnant didn't do me any good. We will certainly never buy anything in this shop again despite the favorable prices.
