La signorina Angela, alla quale avrei voluto rivolgermi perch+ l'altra era impegnata in una vendita...era troppo presa in una conversazione personale con una sua amica incurante che c'erano tre persone ,oltre me, ad attendere la fine della sua chiacchierata. E' vergognoso , incurante di tutto non si è per niente scomposta. VERGOGNOSO. nulla da dire sui prodotti, divani eccellenti.

È riuscita a cogliere il mio desiderio tra mille idee confuse cogliendo al volo le mie reali esigenze. Ci vorrebbe almeno uno di questi venditori in ogni negozio!! Non posso ancora recensire il divano per il quale bisogna aspettare 8 settimane

Carmela molto competente e gentile, ci ha accolti e ci ha subito messo a nostro agio, aiutandoci e consigliandoci nella scelta. I prezzi sono concorrenziali; l’unica cosa che ci ha lasciati perplessi è stato il pagamento di un notevole surplus previsto nei casi di consegna oltre i 30 km.

Carmela very competent and kind, she welcomed us and immediately put us at ease, helping and advising us in the choice. abbiamo acquistato un divano relax neanche 1 anno la seduta si e deformata e il meccanismo e tutto storto. praticamente non si ci puo' piu sedere . attivando la garanzia dopo tre mail con foto e video ci viene detto che noi ci siamo tuffati sul divano e per aggiustarlo dovevamo versare una somma per il tecnico . quindi garanzia 0 voto 0

we bought a relax sofa not even 1 year old the seat is deformed and the mechanism is all wrong. you can practically not sit on it anymore. activating the guarantee after three emails with photos and videos we are told that we jumped on the sofa and to fix it we had to pay a sum for the technician. so guarantee 0 vote 0
